Piccolo, Vegeta, and Monaka will all be beaten. Beerus will complain he only had 4 fighters, and Champa, being overconfident, allows Beerus to pick another fighter. He asks the group, and the group says Gohan. Goku asks Kibito to teleport to him, which he does, and he brings Gohan to the tournament.
Before Gohan takes the stage, he stops, walks over to Piccolo, and asks him to make him a gi just like before the Cell Games.
Piccolo does, encourages Gohan, and Gohan takes stage against Hit, wanting to prove to everyone, and to himself, that he can do this.
Sincerely from a Gohanfag that doesn't talk about him
because I'm watching other seriesget a fucking life.
And my expectations for him:
He fights in the tournament or he ends being transported to U6 with the rest of Earth.
Gohan fags holy shit, it's obvious they're wishing back frieza and h s good
PLEASE let this happen..I love Freeza. he isn't just some throwaway character. Freeza is my bae. if he existed irl I would serve him in the Freeza army and if I fucked up I would revel in his glory as he blows me into a million pieces.
>yet Gohanfags can't help but mention him in every fucking thread
Look, fucktard, you, me and everyone know the only ones that keep making threads about him are the fucking shitposters.
I like Gohan, yeah, but I don't see the need to repeat the same thread over and over. Get a fucking life.
While there's no real downside, I don't see them going in that direction. Not only would that just distance themselves from Beerus and Whis, but they already established that the way to change planets would be to make a wish using the super dragon balls. It'd be a major waste to make that the first wish using them, plus the only ones who would have incentive to continue looking for the super dragon balls would be Champa and Vados while Goku and the rest have no reason to help Champa to make his wish.
Piccolo, Vegeta, and Monaka will all be beaten. Beerus will complain he only had 4 fighters, and Champa, being overconfident, allows Beerus to pick another fighter. He asks the group, and the group says Cell. Goku asks Kibito to teleport to him, which he does, and they use the dragon balls to resurrect the android.
Before Cell takes the stage, he stops, walks over to the time chamber train for 4 months and makes 5 cell jr to perform the god ritual like before the Goku vs Beerus fight.
Cell takes stage against Hit, wanting to prove to everyone, and to himself, that his design is perfect.
>must mean literal
I say that reading Dragon Ball looks better than watching the anime. I could be talking about the art & paneling but also about other aspects. Super is of such low quality that GT looks like a better show.
I'm saying this is a huge if, but if this was the vague plot, I'd spend copious amounts of money of BDs just to send them to all the gohanfags and lap up their tears like a babe to a wetnurse's tits
GT is half DB like and half DBZ like, but taking the aspects that separate those and potentiating them. It's very edgy, but anyone who likes it most definitely likes it because of nostalgia.
DBS is more laid back than Z, and the plots are much less serious. I think it's really fun but don't expect DBZ, much less Faulcner DBZ. If you liked DB beyond the fights I'd recommend it.
Monaka vs Hit would need to be a bloodbath with Monaka losing, but leaving Hit tired. Otherwise Gohan will just get stomped and bringing him back would be completely pointless.
All you need is "Gohan snuck into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with enough food for years & sparred there offscreen with Goten, Trunks or Future Trunks who decided to pay a visit" or something like that.
His training with Piccolo, at most, got him back in shape and back to end of Buu saga levels. Even then, he's still a fly compared to god level characters.
That's why Hit needs to be tired.
Demigra got a little stronger since Xenoverse.
They should've just made a movie for the tournament arc and not the shitty QUALITY infested TV series
Oh, who am I kidding; they would've ruined that with disgusting CGI scenes then
Fuck this, Super was a mistake
I'm assuming that for the 5th fighter on Beerus' team they're just gonna send out Goku again, since it's still Dragon Ball and for the most part, if you're not Goku, you don't win the final fight in an arc.
the biggest problem with the poor quality of Super's animation i think is that there was no real source material to replicate.
If they waited for Toyotaro do make the manga first it would have had some nice art to reference.
That cou:d be a problem, but not necessarily Super's problem.
With a good direction and storyboarding, they can pull off good fight scenes.
RoF (when they fight Frieza's army fodder) is an example.
That's less than relevant. All they need to do is some crazy shit like "Because he made Goku into SSJG, he gained the potential to go SSJG too" or otherwise. Just say he did some serious lifting.
I can actually predict the outcome of all the fights.
Piccolo will defeat Frost, then lose to the U6 Saiyan, then Vegeta will beat that guy and lose to Hit. Finally Monaca will fight Hit, the battle will end in a tie, with both being knocked out. This will leave the Robot with no one to fight, at this point Gohan will be called in to fight the final contestant, the Robot. Gohan will win but afterwards the true antagonist of this arc will appear (or emerge) and the tournament will be rendered irrelevant and it will become about the fighters of both universes fighting this one bad guy who's ridiculously powerful.
Did everyone REALLY think that the major conflict of this arc was going to be this stupid tournament? The tournament is just the beginning, just a way to introduce the new characters and show what they're capable of before getting to the real antagonist and the meat of the arc.
Why are Gohanfags the most delusional people in this fanbase? No, he won't save the day, at the very least not in this arc.
I do however expect something to happen that would interrupt the tournament, I don't think it will end just like that. Perhaps someone makes a wish on the dragon balls before it is finished, or something simmilar. Super picked up after finishing the movie recaps, I'm genuinly curious what will happen now.
Never thought about it, but I guess you may be right. So Toriyama writes the script, but does he have anything to do at all with the choreography? Is the script just major plot points, or every single detail described?
>Piccolo will defeat Frost, then lose to the U6 Saiyan
You're already wrong. After Frost comes the robot, then the Sayian and Hit is last. Also there will be no fucking Gohan, just stop already, this is pathetic.
Well, if you are interested in the current arc, you might want to start watching from when it starts at the very least. If you watched the movies, the only points of interest in the Freeza portion are slightly more Goku/Vegeta training antics, slightly more Jaco, Gotenks showing up for a gag and Ginyu showing up and fighting for a bit.
>Director Tadayoshi Yamamuro: "For example a screenplay would describe a scene in which a thousand enemy appear with the z warriors fighting them off. The only instruction of sort would be "this is the greatest battle of all time" with no other details. I had to fill in the details"
Poor Toriyama, he probably thought Super was going to look like the movies
