I disagree entirely. In terms of content, it's different both because it's accidental and because the one doing the molestation/rape is the MC here, instead of the MC being the victim. In terms of purpose/role, it's also completely different because it's a throwaway fanservice moment as an introduction, and not a plot-relevant development on its own, nor is it really a specific fetish like rape is - no one fantasizes about accidentally running into a girl and finding their hand on her tits, as far as I know. It also doesn't play into the characters' personality much, except maybe you could say it proves the girl has some sense of modesty.
