Is OP trying to make fun of yurifags or troll hetfags? If you want to make fun of yurifags, why not post the Yamada interview or something else like that? It would be far more effective. Source material is not yuri.
Author of the source material wrote the story to be specifically about friendship and the whole point of it was to put friendship over romance.
Author of the source material worked closely with Kyoani during the production of the first season, implemented Kyoani suggestions in the novels and gave them advice on the anime. She also finished the novels and gave them a ShuuichixKumiko end while working closely with Kyoani.
The main person in charge of the project specifically said that she doesn't consider it a yuri story and didn't intend to portray it as yuri, and that she thought that people who mistakenly thought of it as yuri would understand why she did what she did.
Director said he loves the idea of Reina being in love with Taki and argued against removing that when they discussed that as a possibility.
Scriptwriter said he had a lot of freedom when working on the script but he paid attention to the source material and didn't want to contradict it.
So who's going to push for this to go anime original and get a yuri end? These are the four most important people in charge of the project and none of them seem to want it.

You don't need to be a time traveler to know this doesn't even have a 0.000001% chance of getting a yuri end.
