I doubt there is a U6 Goku, in that case it would be a different individual with a similar backstory. For example, a Saiyan was sent to Earth to protect it for some evil, but the saiyan ended destroying the good buddies named Blue Ribbon, Earth's army that keep peace.

Plot spoilers.

Frieza falls in love with Goku.

Unable to confess, he is gifted by a deus ex machina with the Saiyan's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls him, and is overjoyed to find out that he has a crush on him as well.

But, the next day, when Frieza recounts the previous day's confessions to Goku, he only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the Saiyan he called is not the same Saiyan he fell in love with. In fact, he doesn't exist in this universe at all. He is Kakarrot's alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with Frieza's own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of his crush.

Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase after reach other, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of GAY.

Even if this was not the case, it's fair to say Hit will be stronger than SSBlue, and it's fair to say SSBlue is at least an 8 now (assuming SSBlue really is the SSJ version of SSGod).

Hit won't just barely be stronger either, he will be a lot stronger if they intend to introduce him as the antagonist, you don't introduce an antagonist by having him barely survive his first fight, so it's fair to say Hit will be at least a 9.

Those stupid numbers are being blown way out of proportion. Monaka could very well be a 7.1 while Blueper Saiyan is a mere 7.0001. The only point of that statement was to say that Beerus is still much stronger and Whis is even more powerful. Dragon Ball needed to go in this direction. The series would be so much better if, around the start of the Namek arc, Toriyama realized what JoJo's Araki realized, opting to focus less on how 'powerful' the characters are and more on their unique abilities.

I don't want to sound like a JoJofag because I'm a Dragon Ball fanboy through and through, but JoJo, from Part 3/4 onwards, tends to focus on unique abilities, and how the characters use mindgames (combined with their abilities) to one-up each other. Dragon Ball Z never broke free from the power level bullshit, and so the power creep just kept getting more and more ridiculous. It still irks me to this day
