>There are people who unironically think that Kayo and Satoru won't end up together
I read a few chapters of the manga as I watch each episode of the anime, but I hope she ends up living ;_;
The thing is if they are following the manga, they're pacing really fucking awfully. So much more focus on Kayo and there's specualtion that it'll follow the same ending with Kayo replacing Airi
Seriously, a Kayo ending would be the biggest fucking cop out I've ever seen.
Ship all you want, the way they are handling Airi's character in the manga right now is unbelievable. She is literally becoming the key to the entire story coming together.
We can assume pretty safely that the "Save Kayo" arc is over
kayofags - are you serious?
you literally got cucked out of the story by hiromi - the one possible gay character in the entire series.
airi is the only reason satoru is getting his memories back of the original timeline - because she is the only one from that time that is important to him, and present in both times (mom doesn't count, she died in original timeline)
>Near 3/4 of the anime will focus on Kayo.
>honestly think she wont win
Come on Nagi. I actually like you but you cant be this dumb to think that the director is blatantly pointing to this ending
You have to wonder why they draw the two together on the poster and all. I'm not getting my hopes up for anything but I'm just saying.
>Satoru in coma
>Kayo probably visited Satoru every day afterschool
>Hiromi also came to visit Satoru
>Kayo starts emotionally leans on Hiromi
>they get closer
>Hiromi asks Kayo out
>Kayo says yes
>Kayo and Trap go on first date
>Kayo and Trap go to Christmas Tree without Satoru
>Kayo slowly stops visiting Satoru
>Kayo and Trap go to love hotel
>Hiromi slowly starts pounding Kayo
>Kayo and Trap get married
>Kayo feeds Trap the wedding cake
>Trap unleashes baby batter into Kayo
>Kayo gives birth to child
>Satoru wakes up
>Kayo visits him
The MC wont end up with anyone. I wonder if there is going to be one last redue or what. I hope so. Also i wonder if there going to continue the manga after the teacher fag is caught or continue it maybe have the mc grow up and be a detective or somthing. Idkmy theory is one last time skip MC is moments before teacher drowns his ass. Figures out a way to have teacher drown with him. Teacher dies sue to them pulling the plug on his ass since no BestMilfMaMa Mc awakes kinda like he did a few chapters ago not rembering anything and then thinks his time travel power was a dream the end
>this will never happen
Just fucking kill me already. How should i committ sudoku
As an animeonlyfag a Kayo end would be retarded and reduce this story from an interesting murder mystery to sad pedo wish fulfillment.
I don't even watch this show, just here for the fandom drama
Just reading this filled me with a rage and envy of a thousand suns
I'm starting to think that the anime will really do this.
It'll maintain the villain and his demise, but changing the pairing at the end.
Think with me, they have the Manga, the Anime and then the movie, all the three ending together. Why told the exact same history?
I read somewhere the LA will have a different ending, but that ending sounds pretty shitty to me desu. Not getting any of the girls and just dissapearing for the sake of others is something unfair and that i cant stand it.
If I were a fucking 29 y/o useless loser mangaka and A FUCKING PIZZA DELIVERER, then after all that shit I become a cripple, I would prefer to just dissappear from the fucking world if that means my life will have a purpose.
I watch anime for 2d girls only why should I watch live action if I have hollywood?
way better stories than both better production value and actual actors who arent shit at their job
but I dont want 3DPD
>there are people who believe an 11 year old girl should wait 15 years and save her virginity for a friend she had for a few weeks
Not really, it's still has the same pace as ep.5-6 which is a slow ass pace. With this pace, I doubt they can finished 1988 arc within next 2 ep.
3 chapter and 5 p.
The funny thing is they actually cut other part out but fully adapt Kayo's scene. Seriously, anime team was a huge Kayofags, WTH.
I think they'll either cut stuff from volume 6-7 or rush it up.
>3 chapter and 5 p.
With this pacing Kayo will be saved next episode. They can cut out Aya and jump directly to Satoru getting thrown into the lake in episode 9.
Then, if they can out the killer's backstory, that leaves us with 3 episode to cover 2005. It's not that bad.
Too good to be true. They already said the anime will end just like the manga
I really don't think they have the time for that. Plus there's rape of little girls. It's probably better to leave that stuff to the novel, which is told from the killer's point of view and all. The anime would probably do a half-assed job at it anyway.
That would make Satoru too much a copy of the sentai hero he admires so much. I would like to think Satoru will outgrow that shit at the very end, and find happiness for himself.
I still don't trust this guy, He just has shady written all over him.
Honestly if I saw this fucker in a monster filled alleyway at night I wouldn't think twice.
He probably think he won't get another shot so this is his last. Though as if this anime has explained half the stuff going on. It hasn't even said how he has that power to begin with.
They both do have development. Kayo has more but Airi has better personality in the end. I personally cared more about Satoru's thought so I am still fine with the manga and still pissed that anime will have way different development simply because of pandering.
Well, Aya's pointless so they'll probably skip over that. They'll probably cut out the downtime after
Kayo moves out of townas well. They should skip over the killer's backstory too, since a novel explaining that is coming out.
After they cut off all that, the final product shouldn't feel that rushed.
If Kayo's mom called the police the first place they would check would be his mom's house since Kayo was there last and his mom could be arrested for kidnapping. Your idea is the stupid one.
I'm betting they'll change the coma period to like 15 months instead of 15 years, and then we'll get Kayo end.
I mean, can you imagine how hard sales will tank if they go through with the NTR? Especially after all the Kayo x Satoru development the show's had. From a $$$$$$$$ standpoint it'd be plain stupid.
Kayo end is happening. That's where the money is.
>I mean, can you imagine how hard sales will tank if they go through with the NTR?
It's selling pretty bad already, so I doubt that's a concern. They're just trying to boost manga sales, so the NTR thing doesn't matter.
regardless of how they go about this anime vs the manga either one is fine by me.
How does this make him a pedo? If he saves her he goes back into time and maybe they will; be together in the end, its not like Kayo will stay the same age if she is saved...
I love the people who read the manga first then find out the anime is gonna come out and then says "it's not as good as the manga" well no shit its not as good because you already fucking know the story... I haven't read the manga and I find this anime to be amazing. Anything original to anybody is automatically gonna say the original is better. Its not like the young generation listen to 90s rap or early 2000s pop music. Same shit.
>If he saves her he goes back into time and maybe they will;
If he saves her and goes back, what would happen with actual kid Satoru? Will he remember everything that happened while 29-year old Satoru was controlling his body? And if he doesn't remember, what would happen to his relationship with Kayo?
Seems like that would be too problematic a direction to take.
About the title, after ch.37 kinda reveal it's meaning, I have to say that it's freaking weird and don't make much senses.
How can you called that the town where only I am missing? It's more like the entire timeline was gone.
"The town where only I am missing" refers to the original timeline (the one from episode 1). And Satoru calls it that way because he was "missing" there. I mean, he lived there, but his life was empty. He lacked confidence, and was running away.
That's why he's "missing." It's metaphor for how stale his life was.
>satoru and kayo sleeping together on bus
>satoru and kayo hold hands everywhere
>people think they arent supposed to be together in the future
>now airifags are mad because leak says kayo going go win
>Sleeping together with childlike innocence
>People think they are not in love with each other
