I stopped watching everything other than Dagashi Kashi, Pandora, and the slut anime.

Pretty much same here, started watching everything - now just whats left listed in OP.

Ironically, a terrible show as Haruchika is rated high since actually interested to see how it develops and where will go in terms of characterization.

Meanwhile the only shows really granted to provide quality entertainment and exited every week for are S2s.

Even BokuDake, while being greatly adapted, not interesting to watch since read the manga length before.

KonoSuba is surprisingly the best show by a large margin. Others are just the enjoyable seasonal time waster.

Even japs are exicted about Drrr finale. Its a big thing and actually interesting, though newfags like you that dont care about LNs might not care.

Overall still the best show this season no matter how you look - in terms of characters, plot, pure fun. Though understandable if random people who got bored through past poorer season might not have much expectations of it wrongly.

Wrong guess. Drrr! is high since it is series finale, and is actually great.

Haruchika is higly rated despite having shit production and direction since its only show this season with any resemblance of plot (Rakugo went to boring shit, least with Haruchika still interesting what happens next episode). Also if you dropped it on first episodes - it actually becomes better later.

MC stays unlikable, but later he`ll be played off as joke character to not be so annoying. Each episode adds to cast, and that expanded cast (and better silly mysteries, not so try hard as first eps) make its worth watching. Basically MC and Chika are least interesting thing about the show. Everyone else is more interesting and best two characters were interoduced one after another in previous and this weeks episode too.

Conan is AOTS every S, so does not have to be listed (not even joking - it IS the best show airing pretty much most of times because of good writing, direction and production delivery at least few truly great episodes arks every season).

Pokemons is shit though. But if we speak long running series - can count Gintama for this season, if its current ark is good - it can compete with others as well.

Its not about what started this season, but what people enjoy watching NOW.

OP here. No, you dont get to decide that. Its not "best new show" ranking, but best this season. Even taking your wrong in the core logic, sequels that arent just direct cour continuation still count. I.e. you can argue Utawaremono or IBO shoudnt be listed this season - but not Akagami or Drr
