The anime was just an amalgation of the VN's bad endings.
It is good because of its shock value.
Try playing the Bavarois B route and Setsuna's feelings routes of the VN, they quite well written. Literally the best romance I've seen in a while.

The main male character is literally useless. He does something in the first episode and second and that's it.
Every other character is just wood. They are just planks of fucking wood and fan service.
The worst part is that it isn't even worth the time to watch. It doesn't get better. The whole one season it got was the same quality. I do not know why I watched the whole thing, but I did. I can without a doubt say that nothing improved.

Most boring shit ever. Basically got me out of anime. Also, the quake which delayed anime for like 2 weeks made me drop everything. I hardly pick a show or two these days.

There's a lot of just zero budget, throwaway ancient haremshit like Yumeria or garbage from Japan's eco-terrorist kick like Arjuna, but NNB is the only thing that's nearly made me physically ill trying to watch it.

I recently tried to watch Shokugeki no Soma because I was promised food porn, but the MC is so fucking annoying and everything I hate about a shonen protagonist. I got to episode 10 and he never got any more tolerable so I had to drop it.

From the beginning he is already apparently the best chef ever. He already made a dish good enough for God Tongue girl even though she wouldn't admit it. He's got that annoying carefree attitude as if nothing is a challenge. I was just waiting to see him humbled but he was just a perfect little snowflake that cleared everything without breaking a sweat. Just a really shitty series. Into the garbage it goes.

School Days is not a bad anime. It was interesting, had properly flawed characters and the ending was very unexpected and unique. Sure you can nitpick and say the animation was nothing special, but it didn't really have any opportunity to be as it was basically just a slice of life show. I also don't see why people find the initial storyline so unrealistic, people can and do get over new relationships very quickly in real life all the time. It's not that surprising that the MC lost interest in his girlfriend quickly since they werent really that compatible. And no im not baiting, I just think this show is no worse than 7/10

Sekai is a piece of shit, she likes a guy and decides to help him get with his crush, giving kotonoha advice along the way too, then she decides to fuck it up for them once they're together?
Complete piece of garbage, she pretty much does the same thing in shiny days too, overall she's a dumb bitch who should just be upfront with her feelings instead of helping her competition(in shiny days she trys to cuck her fucking best friend since childhood) and just end up hurting both makoto and whoever she's competing with.
I like Sekai but she almost has the personality of 3DPD, a slut who would backstab her best friend for some dick.
That's why I like School Days and Shiny Days though, the characters and drama isn't just your typical rocom shit and the characters aren't black and white when it comes to if they're good people or not, everyone's fucked up in their own way, almost all the characters don't have a father in their household so that makes sense.

I was tryong to enjoy seikon no qwaser don't exactly remember if it waa named like that but they fought with quemistry powers, I enjoyed the theme but fuck all that fucking titty sucking every second and the black haired girl was annoying af. I like casual tits but the sucking felt really awkward since they did it like three times + per episode.
