He was "the fastest in the universe" - besides Ginyu - and Freeza - and King Cold, etc. The main issue there is that his "fastest in the universe title was completely meaningless, just making him slightly faster than Recoom and Butter, but still too slow to be able to do anything against someone actually significantly faster than them.

There are a lot of jokes to make out the cell saga though; it's the worst written of the bunch. Their problem is in characterization. They were more original with the humor and particularly the banter they did during namek. Here, a lot of the villains are kinda just too dull and samey.

AMV Hell does not count, I personally hate them but I excuse them most of the time.
And all of these are exactly what I hate in AMVs, sure, they can edit a bit and the editing is synced with the music, but it still is pretentious and unnecessary editing just for the sake of it.
I don't see the point in it and still belive that 99% of AMV creators are 12 year old linkin park kids.
The last 1% is the ones that actually keep this up after they get older and try to make mature content for intelligent and grown up individuals such as themselves.

And fandubs are trash without any room for arguing.
