/a/ what the fuck is this? I've never heard of it and watched it on a whim tonight and the first episode was fucking excellent, like obviously there was fanservice but the animation was amazing and the humor was fucking amazing. The cat's laptop opened and he minimized youtube videos of cats fucking? Holy shit.
I'm just amazed I never see /a/ shitpost about this or anything. Is it a flop?
I enjoyed it, but I remember that /a/ didn't seem to like it so much and made some anons mad. The story is convoluted and kind of dumb, but I thought the characters were cute, and the show visually was fun to look at.
Spoilers incoming because something about the ending confused the fuck out of me
Why at the end did the ghost MC say they were going to go back to the day of the bus attack and possess their own body? Wouldn't that stop everything from occurring as it should? Everything else with the time fuckery made sense to me, except that. What's the deal?
The threads after the mid season gender reveal were some of the best ones all year
Overall the show was pretty meh. The start was mediocre and the end felt too much like a video game (which makes sense, because that's what the show was advertising)
Cat was great though. Between that cat and Re-Kan cat Spring was fun.
I enjoyed it. I thought it was good, but not great. The problem is it really tried to be great, but just lacked memorable dialogue and visuals to make it so. Looking back at it now, all I can say about it is "meh". I don't think it deserved to flop, though.
>Same writer as 999
>Art looks good
>Delicious flat robot loli
AND THEN THE STORY IS BULLSHIT AND THE ENDING IS BULLSHIT AND FUCK YOU
4/10 its alright
Meiko is now part of my collection. I say what is and what is not.
Actually I was very happen to learn that I was actually 100% straight
>tfw this is the supremely happy and peaceful future
>just not for you.
>and the first episode was fucking excellent
It was mentioned quite a bit during the season but yeah, the show was a huge failure. Turns out saying "something good will happen in episode 6" doesn't encourage people to give a shit.
It was okay. Too much of a rehash of Ever 17 and the Zero Escape games though, and even then the twists didn't have as much impact as his other stuff. I think it was the clash of the lighthearted tone and the somewhat serious plot that killed it.
Here's hoping that ZE3 is great.
I enjoyed it, but what was there to understand? Or are you merely talking about the plot? I can see how people might've been confused trying to follow it if they didn't marathon it like I did.
>Is it a flop?
Hahaha, keep watching. It's "Jumping The Shark" The Anime. I liked it too at first, then each and every episode after the 3nd is a bigger disappointment.
