I just finished s1
What did they do after finding out the bankrupt trading company only bought 100 currency points worth of gold
(I finished last night but cant remember the names)
I didnt get a lot of things but this is the latest thing i didnt get
Also when did they actually started to like each other and know the other likes them too? That almost kiss in bed scene?
the company who was working with them to smuggle gold was going broke and couldnt afford all the gold they promised so intended to kill them and use what little they could afford to save their company.
Lawrence survives and finds the last of their money hidden in a wall and gives them a choice of him taking their money and the gold for betraying them and them being ruined or not taking it and giving them the gold to save their company but signing a contract to pay him over the next 10 years through his guild so they couldnt back stab him again
there is alot of endless cockteasing/vagteasing welcome to S&W
Lawrence blackmailed the owner of the trading company to pay him 500 gold over the next ten years or so after betraying them. Then Lawrence and Holo continued traveling.
That almost kiss scene was kind of teasing on Holo's part and Lawrence's nervous spur of the moment reaction. They're relationship started building a little later I guess. They say alot through their banter and how physical they are.
Imagine if the ending was her holding Lawrence's funeral.
I want this. Happy endings are the best. The happier the better.
>That feel when I have only read up to the volume that takes place after s2, but I own all the books. And once 17 comes out will read them all back to back
I want s3 but with this character design
The story is solid and character interaction is the highlight.
With the sequel announcement your hope might finally come true.
The anime was way better than the novels and it already adapted all the best parts. Somethings are better left untouched and Spice and Wolf is the perfect example. The author had one good concept that won some award show then saw his cash cow and milked 14 volumes of 10 year old level literature while he didn't even have the decency to keep the Holo banter at the forefront.
