Dragonball Z: Legacy of Goku 2 is one of the best action RPGs on the GBA.

A good chunk of the Dragonball fighting games are good, the new Arslan game is fun, first Ken's Rage was enjoyable, Berserk on the Dreamcast and PC I also really enjoyed.

Most the Digimon franchise games are great.

And J Stars wasn't terrible but nothing completely amazing.
