Shokugeki no Soma, Shinsekai Yori and Psycho-Pass are stand outs so far. Mixed bag of genres.
Then there is Attack on Titan, but I think the show failed to adapt the manga properly (or maybe the screaming and crying is just insufferable when you actually have to listen to it). I also enjoyed Accel World.

Plenty of great shows and movies, I think besides last year it's been a great decade so far. Even last year had a handful I loved.
Standout TV: Tatami Galaxy, K-On's second season, Hyouka, Kyousougiga, Ping Pong, Space Dandy, Mushishi
Standout movies: The Tale of Princess Kaguya, Shashinkan, Muybridge's Strings, Little Witch Academia, Wolf Children, a handful of animator expos.
Obviously there's lots more but those are my favourites.
