It was then I realized that /a/ never talks about good anime.
Daily reminder that /a/'s hivemind is something you should consider, not follow.
Lovely Complex. Second best love story after Toradora my fucking ass.
I've never hated something as hard as Lovely Complex. How the fuck do literally 22 episodes of literally nothing happening because the male lead is dense as fuck while the girl cries at how dense he is and can't move on?
It's not only trashy and bad taste, but it's just mindless otaku siscon pandering.
I don't care if you like it, just accept it's bad
It's one of the high points of anime as an art form. Very little anime has as much heart and emotion. I'd say only Eva (Anno dealing with depression), Kaguya (Takahata's swan song, a culmination of his career) and Angel's Egg (Oshii losing his faith in Christianity) compare.
The cinematography is matched by very few series, I'd say only Eva surpasses it.
Personally speaking, watching FLCL was my most formative experience in anime, forever my favorite.
Bake was refreshing and really well made. It was a really satisfying show and in my humble opinion nothing in the franchise has even come close to the quality of Bake.
The rest of the series has just rided on the wave of it, but hasn't had the quality of it despite having bigger budgets. Second Season faggots are delusional.
It was relatable and the characters were complex.
That's why I like it, anyways.
Most shows I start watching thanks to /a/ have been surprisingly fun.
But then again, I usually research a show first, after someone recommends it.
FLCL, Gurren Lagann, Shit La Shit, Non non Byori and Calland or whatever the fuck
they where so fucking bad it's not even funny
I tried watching it because it seemed to be something I could like and /a/ said nice things about it. It had potential but I was disappointed because of the terrible characters.
I was tricked into watching the devil is a part timer. I was in thread pic related and I asked which anime it was and they said that. I actually enjoyed it somewhat so it wasn't bad.
Flcl is just a enjoyable anime I could watch endlessly and never get tired of it but to each his own OP.
Topic related- Punch Line I guess, turned it off five mins in seemed too generic I'll probably come back to it later.
more like nice op tricked me into it
I was so bored I didn't notice I was watching Endless Eight.
What a piece of shit. I always knew the majority of /a/ had shit taste.
This borefest. I don't understand how one can like it unironically.
Name one good thing about it then. If you weren't an edgelord, you would know it's shit.
If I could pick any anime to represent the phrase "waste of time", this would be it.
