More Shinsengumi suffering today
And next week
Nah, here they look like proper cabaret girls in the manga they look like super prostitues.
One more spoiler for the latest chapter. This has been the most dead thread on Gintama since the start of the serious arcs ...
I just don't see what you see in it honestly. You just want to self-insert into the boring glasses-wearing protagonist as he wins the affectionss of the equally generic tsundere? (Complete with Kugimiya Rie tsundere voice even.) It all just seems so bland and boring to me. I can't see the appeal at all.
How can you being so wrong? It's fucking 2016: the basic plot of Gintama is on Google. There are no excuses to being this disinformed and understanding that the comedy isn't the only appeal of the series
>Zura fans are going to enjoy this arc and the next one
About fucking time he gets so love, hes went from a recurring character to a background one that only appears every so often or an on standby joke.
Zura is hilarious, I don't understand why Gorilla ditched him for one-eyed lesbian.
Though it is nice to see some Gorilla and Otae love too.
>God Tier VA
>Dat Rakugo last week
Could anyone else not unhear the Rakugo in this scene?
I always liked Zura's VA, but Rakugo made me really appreciate Ishida Akira. I count at least 3 animes he's in this season and one as the Current MC. Nigga is a workhorse on top of being a God Tier VA.
Gori-san, plz go
back to your cell
Ginko undisputed best girl, Tsukuyo best actual girl.
Tama-chan best grill.
Someone likely was beaten to death before or after that smile happened.
the scene with Hijikata and white phone guy cop had the best QUALITY moment so far. Bakground Gintoki and other white cops looked like drawed by a handless blind retarded 6 years old
They would have to slow down on production of the anime anyway or do more anime original stuff, which: This is Gintama, that shit ends up fantastic and usually isn't serious.
Also considering Gintama has well over 300 episodes and keeps coming back from the dead, I don't think it's an issue. Even if we don't get more seasons immediately, which I would enjoy it if it just stayed on the air perpetually, they'll get to animating everything eventually.
To be honest, the manga is great anyway and they would be foolish to not eventually animate everything that's happened thus far.
150 onward is pretty great, though I can't think of much for standalone episodes because mostly everything here on is 2-3 episode mini arcs. You're going to get to the Tama Quest arc pretty soon.
As far as serious stuff, Jiraiya Arc at 177-180 and the fucking magnificence of the Jirocho/Four Devas Arc I think at 211-215.
You haven't made it to snowboarding Shogun, Love Cloris, The Time Skip, and this lovely event.
Now if only we could have her dressing up like this in the manga and anime.
Poor guy.He seemed hyped to fight
Umibozou only to get one shoted
I'll trade Lion dude for an Umibozu vs Kamui showdown. inb4 they get interrupted and Utsuro one-shots Umibozu and/or Kamui.
For me, it took a lot of time for Gintama to become consistently funny (especially since I don't like all the characters). I definitely enjoy it a lot more after the 200 episode mark. The comedy episodes at the start of the 2015 have been some of my favourite. The humor is more effective after spending a lot of time with the characters and familiarizing myself with the running gags
It's probably a result of them doing two serious arcs back to back, both of which are the longest arcs in the series, so their serious arc budget is spread more thin than usual.
Be grateful. though it'd be nice if it was more posting, most other threads are filled with a great amount of shitposting.
Read my fucking mind.
Tougenkyou Alien and Dilemma are the fucking best OPs. One Day is pretty fucking high up there.
What the hell have you been watching?
Granted, it's your opinion, but you do realize that post count is not an indicator of a show being good or not, right?
Not to mention a lot of people on /a/ have a tendency to either follow the flock or not follow it simply for the sake of it. Watching what you like because you like it and admitting it is considered shit taste most of the time.
>All the Gintama fans have moved on to Osomatsu.
the director too
>people didn't prematurely skew their opinion in the first place because of the director change
So does Hideaki have a belly fetish? I mean how many times have we seen Kagura fat/stuffed now?
>do more anime original stuff
I could see a movie that takes place before Shogun Assassination but I don't thinkthey can place filler that will be as enjoyable since
at least half the regular cast will be gone from Kabukicho after this arc.
