ITT: Anime you will only watch dubbed
Spit it out OP, you just want a Kanon thread don't you?
I already know it's you anon, you've posted that pic multiple times with the same file name.
nah, just got this one actually. I'd make aunt akiko feel like a schoolgirl again if given the chance.
Sadly, i prefer Ayu
If you're starting Kanon, watch 2006 first. The visual novel is optional but highly recommended if you like the anime, but be prepared to spend weeks playing it. After that, watch Kanon 2002 + OVA. All three are similar, but each hold many differences, especially 2002, since it had to fit everything into 13 episodes.
Just brace yourself for some mediocre art.
It takes a bit of getting used to, especially since it was made in 1999. But it's a trade off for the amazing music and story. Remember to get a voice patch for it though.
>English dub voice acting
>drowning in expository dialogue
This is why anime leaves a cringeworthy impression on people growing up. Narutofags were of less help in marketing department with their flamboyant antics.
>Tenma: Hey do you know where Yakumo went?
>Mikoto: Oh she said she really wanted to help Harima get wood.
>Hanai's soul suffers fatal damage
Heheh, gets me every time, thanks English euphemisms.
rewatching kanon 2006 now after about 5 years, only played the VN in between. It's amazing what KyoAni does with the source material. Not only the amazing animation, but so many little jokes and hints that make it so much better.
>wanting to watch any anime dubbed
>being willing to watch any show only if it's dubbed
You obviously have never watched haruhi dubbed. Also pic related (thank you hiimdaisy for brain washing me. Also tenchi.
I can't even imagine how horrible Kanon would be in English
