And it wasn't any worst than Smile, Yes!5, FW, MH, SS, Fresh or Suite first episodes.
You people seem to mostly whine about production values when more than half of what I listed had even worst animation and direction.

I agree that it's disappointing that there's not a whole hell of a lot to talk about just now, but I don't know that you could pump out an even slightly better than average first episode and expect that to happen. It would either have to be horrible (in interesting ways) or unnecessarily complicated. I mean, it's a kids show.

Except it was. The stock, ost, and fight was shit. How can I like this if even the transformation is just static and QUALITY?

Not gonna lie, GoPri first episode is what got me into this franchise, so that's probably my favorite.
Afterwards, Doki, Suite and Yes!5 made the strongest impression for me.

It doesn't have any QUALITY at all. Doki's transformation weren't really better and Yes!5, FW and Fresh were clearly worst, not everything in the franchise is full of sakuga.
