>Chimera ants can rape and impregnate human females
...does the HxH world work on fucking hentai logic? How the hell does that work?
Yeah agreed, I hated how the chimera ants were born super fucking op, when the entire show was based around the idea you actually had to work and be smart to win battles, and the strongest hunters were the smartest not the ones with the strongest powers.
The only thing i didn't like about HxH was the chimera ants, i found them annoying as fuck, but when the queen dies it gets better. Then i watched gurren lagann to find the same shitty animal like humans who kept saying miserable humans shit... Even thought i didn't like them, they were better in HxH
but the ending went against the theme of the show until then. HxH was always about individual strength and ingenuity, not the technological capabilities of mankind as a whole. In fact, tech was generally treated like garbage far inferior to one's own fists. Both thematically and narratively, the rose bomb came out of nowhere.
It spent a 10 volume arc building up to it, it was perfectly in line with the CA arc's narrative and themes. HxH was never strictly about anything in particular, there's no reason to limit it or act like tech and individual skill can't exist simultaneously. Nuclear weaponry aren't an everyday thing, they still have to fight with their brains 99% of the time.
>HxH was always about individual
That's the point. The rose bomb was a product of humanity's self destructive individuality. Nukes would not exist if humans were able to act in the species best interest.
>Pitou's body is still intact even after the beatdown by Gon and the massive explosion
Damn, impressive. Will this be relevant in the future? Will they recover her body for research or some shit?
Will she be coming back? ;_;
