>Yasuho will become an aesthetic rockwoman in your lifetime
I know Jojo is and always has been a villain of the week type thing (not strictly weekly/monthly as most fights seem to last several chapters) But I'm starting to get annoyed that we have these great characters, specifically in part 7 and 8 only to have them completely fucking decimated and never heard from again a few chapters later. I really wanted more Aisho and Yagy.
So Im all caught up with JoJo, Stardust Crusaders was really good, Jotaro is one if the most badass anime characters ever. I didn't bother with part 4 because I'm not into that slice of life shit, I might read part 5 later once the translations are done. I did read the Grean Day fight though, and Gyorno looks fucking gay. I read part 6's ending after that and everyone was killed, poor writing. So I'm all caught up with the good stuff for now, my friends begging me to read steal ball run but I hate westerns. I went and read "Tattoo you"! And it was boring. Overall a pretty gold series however,Stardust crusaders in unbeatable
I hope this is bait. Pls be bait.
Thats not how you jojo.
How come pretty much every stand user knows their powers are called "stands".
It makes even less sense in the SBR universe, where ability and equipment stands are way more common than punchghosts.
Might want to clear up that outline, magic wand isn't always the only solution.
Damn, I only just noticed when I came really close to my monitor.
It's more visible with darker themes, so I can understand not noticing it with Yostuba B or even more so with the transparency tiles.
>those dubs and quads
The RNG forgives you.
It's just that you don't seem to know what RNG stands for.
I don't get it, why did he want Jotaro to leave the town so badly?
Soft & Wet is canonically White and Purple.
What the other guy said, mainly flashbacks of Kira and Kyo, the former appears as a little girl at one point, and still no appearance from Hato's stand.
There's a link somewhere in the thread.
there's nothing to discuss, white and purple is the perfect choice, like white sailor suit josuke or jolyne with the blonde dyed fringe.
Wait my tomorrow just shows transparent images with the Yotsuba background
Tusk Act 4 is probably capable of bypassing literally any security.
He could shoot the steal door, move the hole to the others side, and slip through. From there he could probably unlock the door and carry the corpse out. 2 EZ
Any word yet on how long Part 4's anime will be? I'm really hoping they improve the pacing better than Part 3. Half the fights in Part 3 dragged out into two episodes when they easily could've been one. They could've easily covered a better portion of the manga in ~20 episodes, and then cut Egypt down to just 12 and the pacing would've been much better. Probably also would've saved them some cash so they could animate the big finale a bit better. It's a shame because parts 1 and 2 were much better paced and I thought better animated.
Then again I'm probably just biased because I never cared for Part 3 all that much and haven't rewatched part 1 and 2 lately
Expect the same amount of episodes, give or take a few.
But while the pacing was a bit off here and there in SC, and while they perhaps could've squeezed some Stand fights into one episode, the majority would've ended up feeling rushed as hell. They would either get rushed or would need to have stuff cut out, and if they'd done that, I'm sure even more people here would've complained. At least based on the reaction of like the one or two panels here and there from the manga that didn't make the cut.
>that scene where he inspects Paisley
>you will never be Paisley Park
>Yagiyama will never inspect you and touch you all over
>you will never be Yagiyama and inspect Paisley
Why fucking live?
Don't quote me on this, but I remember someone saying Araki confirmed everything up to Part 4 or 5 happening and the Joestar bloodline being free from DIO's influence, so in short, yes, it was a bittersweet happy ending, at least for Emporio.
The line of Fate and Gravity had been dosclnnevted, and they lost it's benefitfs.
They were killed by enemy stand user Foo Fighters mere minutes aafter Emporio entered the car, a victim of someone who would soon be defeated by this universes destined bloodline.
That sounds good to me, easily the most heart-wrenching thing in the series for me was the ending of part 6. The main cast wasn't as great as the other parts but seeing everyone get picked off one by one, even Jolyne was horrible.
People keep saying shit about Part 6 but I dunno, it's my favorite Part. Seeing
Jolyne diefucking destroyed me and pic related kept me up that night. I seriously didn't think anything could fuck me up that much.
I hate Araki so god damn much but I love him at the same time.
>white sailor suit for josuke
how could someone have such terrible taste?
So with all this talk of characters dying, what do you guys reckon Jo2uke's chances are of making it through alive?
On one hand I feel like we've saved enough up to have a JoJo survive, but then again, Araki might just use that to psyche us out.
I never see much love for Emporio, but god damn seeing him kill gay priest was the best fucking thing. Even then, I agree, that scene where he's reunited with other-universe Jolyne and the gang made me fucking cry.
I think Gappy will definitely live, but in terms of part 8 deaths I'm betting Norisuke will go out first, then maybe Joshuu or Yasuho. If Araki makes Joshuu become one of the best brojos in the series only for him to die I will fucking lose it.
still not over Gyro at all
Whatever his fate is, Equivalent Exchange is going to be involved.
Whether he uses that to take Yasuho's rockness away or to save his will by combining with someone else at the Wall Eyes, he's not making it out in one piece.
finished a few days ago and i was so fucken hyped when emporio got weather report
Norisuke is as dead as it gets honestly, specially when you listen to King Nothing, but even if i see it coming i have a feeling araki will make his death specially heartbreaking
had no idea what the ending of part 6 was and i honestly shit my pants when emporio got his game face on. Also on the verge of tears with that ending/ Fuck i love when the underdog steps up, if only he was playable in EOH
Saw some anon saying this a few threads ago but
>Norisuke goes out trying to protect Josuke and Joshuu
>Curses that his stand couldn't have been a combat stand to protect his family
>Tells Joshuu that he's sorry, and that he's the head of the family now.
>reading part 6 right now
>mfw hovering that spoiler
WHY AM I SO FUCKING STUPID
WHY THE FUCK AM I COMING TO THOSE THREADS
and now you will turn into a shithead who deliberately spoils the series for people who are just getting into it
this is the inevitable conclusion of JJBA, an ouroboros of being bitter that it was spoiled for you and then spoiling it for others because you're bitter
they don't - there are multiple times (for example, in the beginning of part 4 when jotaro encounters josuke) that people don't know what stands are
jotaro is like "woah you have a stand?" and josuke is like "a what? lol i'm gonna punch you with my ghost!"
Avdol doesn't name the stands, and neither does Enya
both Avdol and Enya are fortune tellers. stands have names already (see: Spice Girl tells Trish her name), and Avdol and Enya merely "see" the names of the stands
if Avdol had never told Jotaro that his stand's name was Star Platinum, SP would've told Jotaro himself
>Gappy loses one of the people in his body?
No. People seem so confused by this simple fact.
Josuke is Josefumi with various Kira attributes. The corpse they found was Kira with presumably some Josefumi attributes.
He isn't two people, he's Josefumi with no memories.
It was Kira's corpse that they found in the ground near to the Wall Eyes. In the Soft and Wet chapters, it's made clear that Yoshikage was a bit of a bastard, and Yashuo senses that Josuke's not like that. Karera recognises Josuke as being basically Josefumi but having fused with aspects of Kira. And finally, there's the dissolve in JJL 49 where Kira, looking at Josefumi, says "That kid...he's" and the panel dissolves straight to Josuke.
Most of the evidence suggests that Josuke is base Josefumi with the traits of Kira.
Also Yagiyama, who we now know to have personally killed Josefumi and knew Kira saved him, pointed out Josuke as who we now know as Josefumi.
>It was Kira's corpse that they found in the ground near to the Wall Eyes.
It was identified via DNA testing, and as Yasuho found out Josuke's body has a near exact match to the corpse. Both of these bodies are both Kira and Josefumi.
>In the Soft and Wet chapters, it's made clear that Yoshikage was a bit of a bastard, and Yashuo senses that Josuke's not like that.
That album turned out to be Sasame's, not Kira's.
>Karera recognises Josuke as being basically Josefumi but having fused with aspects of Kira.
This one is a fair enough point but it's just an assumption from a character who isn't entirely aware of what exactly is going on.
Several people have mistaken him for Kira too though.
>It was identified via DNA testing, and as Yasuho found out Josuke's body has a near exact match to the corpse. Both of these bodies are both Kira and Josefumi.
They're relatives who exchanged body parts in the process.
>That album turned out to be Sasame's, not Kira's.
Kira is actually a pretty apathetic person, see his treatment of patients.
>Several people have mistaken him for Kira too though.
Who? The Hat shop guy, Sasame and bathroom girl? They all only knew Kira who was a sailor and Josuke continues to wear his sailor outfit.
The important thing is the people who knew both Josefumi and Kira identify Josuke as Josefumi even in the outfit. Even Norisuke saw him as not Kira but someone merged with him.
>stand activates when user is killed
>Life After Death
>it took me this long to realize this
am I fucking stupid or something
>Kira is actually a pretty apathetic person, see his treatment of patients.
>and the whole thing about making the surfer eat his fingers, because he didn't like the idea of somebody being a man of the sea and land
that's just evil
>Kira is actually a pretty apathetic person, see his treatment of patients.
that wasn't apathy, that was being out at sea with no supplies. there was nothing that could be done for him other than waiting for them to get to shore so he could get proper treatment. it may have been callous, but you can't afford to get personally invested in every injury when you're a ship doctor
Josuke also becoming a rock human and falling asleep with Yasuho at the end of the part.
I would rather her dad were already one
>just chillin in new guinea
>he decides to go see why his employees in Morioh haven't contacted HQ.
>his first scene is Yasuho opening the door to her house and seeing her estranged dad in a spiked suit fucking her mom on the couch
>" 康穂ちゃん! おかえり!"
>to be continued
>making the surfer eat his fingers
sasame has met kira on 3 occasions that we know of:
1st) sasame was on the beach and bumped into kira, who questioned him about his profession. nothing else of note happened here, except that kira's commentary clearly angered sasame.
this meeting is recounted by sasame himself, and he is overcome with such rage towards kira that he kidnaps and tortures a total stranger. clearly not a reliable narrator
2nd) kira sees sasame in the ramen shop and again questions him about his profession. this time, kira tells him to get the fuck out of there and puts a bubble in his cheek.
the second meeting is recounted via narratorial flashback (instead of a character recounting it in-universe), so we can assume it's reliable. kira's response seems extreme, so this suggests there was something about the 1st meeting that sasame didn't include in his telling
3rd) at an unspecified location, sasame, who is (by his own admission) shitfaced, bumps into kira. then through an unspecified series of events, kira "makes" the drunk sasame eat his own fingers
this one is also recounted by sasame himself, again overcome by so much rage that he's nearly killed 3 people in an effort to kill kira (not to mention the other women he tortured, raped, and murdered in an effort to frame kira with the photo album)
i posit that sasame felt insulted during their 1st meeting and responded angrily, probably attacking kira, causing kira to defend himself. at the ramen shop, sasame seems aware of the bubble in his cheek. if he hadn't fought the stand before, he wouldn't have known what was going on. i think, at the 3rd meeting, sasame was hammered, saw kira, and thought "this is perfect, i'll eat my own fingers and frame this asshole for it, that'll teach him to insult surfers," which is in line with his other extreme attempts to frame kira. kira probably told him to fuck off again and then left.
KIRA IS INNOCENT
Crazy Diamond can both fix things I break by accident and heal people I care about that get sick. I can also become a famous sports trainer with that.
But I feel like stands like Hierophant Green and Magician's Red can be useful too
I can control people to do whatever I want with discs; I can create illusions and further enforce control over people I want to control to get the things I want; I am also endowed with psychokinesis, seeing as Whitesnake has a very long range as well as superhuman strength. And, for a bonus, I can exude a digestive acidic mist, just in case that ever comes in handy.
Gay priest is here now
Confess and be absolved of your sins
Was Tusk Act 4 able to just split things by pulling them apart with its hands? I remember Tusk pulled open a Manhattan street to let Johnny run through the sewers for a while, in the exact same way it pulled open D4C's Love Train barrier. If so, Tusk Act 4 could probably be fired from outside the building and split the damn ground all the way through to the corpse.
Was Tusk Act 4 parting objects supposed to be a dig at Moses?
Because I'm a filthy secondary and I didn't really feel like reading through the crap load of chapters I just watched. At the time I was also just eager to get started with the next part, so I didn't get around to it.
If you watched the anime beforehand, your sin is trivial.
Anyone else hate the look of the english logo?
I'd actaully love KQBtD, just for the sheer chaos i could cause.
But in terms of pure usefulness? D4C
>Yasuho is forced into doing an equivalent exchange with a rock human somehow
>Becomes a rock human
>At the very end as she finishes narrating she has woken up from her first hibernation period and Josuke is there waiting for her
>They go together
visit Joshuu's grave
>"I've read the story of Pygmalion ... my relationship with Josuke isn't that different from the one in the tale, now that I'm like this. But I guess he adds his own special twist to it. I guess if our story had a title, it could be ... JoJoLion."
There, I have predicted the ending to part 8, tell Araki that I will spoil it for the entire world unless he writes me a detailed explanation of how King Crimson works in the next two days.
So does Heavy Weather just mentally manipulate people into thinking their snails or does he literally physically turn them into snails?
I can't wrap my head around this. Manipulating the atmosphere = Light refraction = subliminal messaging = turn into a snail? It makes so many leaps in the most basic of logic.
you believe you're a snail so hard you literally become a snail, it's not just in your head
seeing the light makes the believing happen, but it's definitely still a physical transformation into a snail
to all of you DIO-fags out there:
DIO isn't some "charismatic devil", he's a bisexual creep who preys upon young men, just look at how he lusted after kakyoin, and during the entire fight against Jotaro, he behaved like some older gay guy hitting on his younger prey. And let's not get into the fucked up, pedophilic relationship he had with Pucci. He was FIFTEEN, that's like high school age.
It's hard to see him as "the savior of the outcasts" and this handsome devil people paint him as, when he just comes of as a creepy 100+ year old bisexual vampire
I don't, the waifufags will make these threads unbearable. And by that I mean seasonal waifufags, I know a few guys who have unironic waifus and they never make a huge fuss about it, they just keep it to themselves, unlike some other people.
Also, all the inevitable Part 6 porn.
I dislike the idea of the Part 6 cast being sexualized any further, I mean they went through so much shit, it just feels wrong.
Nope, because after he's neutralized by Alt-Diego, he's unable to stop the infinite spin from ravaging his body until Steven picks him up on his horse, enabling him to infinite spin in the other direction.
Pretty sure the crate is just Araki making a joke, not some plot important moment.
it's not act 4 at all. he's tapping the steel ball against the side of the boat. it's the spirit of ballbreaker preserved in the ball for one last use, gyro's parting gift, just like ceasar's blood bubble
>Yasuho's dad is an elder leader rockman who put the stone curse upon johnny's kid
>He turns Yasuho into a rockman to give him a heir when he dies of old age in a long time
>Yasuho escapes, but not before she s transformed
>Mr. Hirose is killed
>She is now the leader of the rockmen
>She puts some other rockperson in charge until she's ready to rule, but before she dies she makes sure the Higashikata have a steady supply of the fruit to help cure their illness
I don't think he needs a horse to use act 4. He just needs it for the infinite spin.
Act 4 presented itself just like a regular power stand several times. It can probably use weaker variations of the spin too.
The infinite space ripping valentine fucking spin can only be done on a horse
Maybe I'm missing something here, but is there a good international blu ray available for all of SC?
Most of what I'm able to find are super expensive special editions for only single volumes from Japan which I assume aren't translated - and I can't find any BD torrents either for that matter.
He killed multiple people. I wouldn't be surprised if Yagiyama were the 'assassin squad' of the rockmen.
He only lost to Josuke because of some Spongebob tier shit he pulled with that giant bubble bullshit.
What are each of the JoJos for, anons?
Are there any pictures of a Polnareff cosplayer or some other Crusader with an actual real life Boston Terrier? It really can't be that hard to get one.
he owned the rights to nearly all of his owns songs, and in fact, he invented the concept of Bowie Bonds, which is a type of financial investment where people buy the Bowie Bonds, and they are paid returns based on the royalties of future sales of his music
his will likely passed on his music ownership rights to his family, but the news actually hasn't reported on who that ownership fell to yet, so it's hard to say
ownership rights of his songs will, unfortunately, probably become the subject of lawsuits between his surviving family members
definitely not owned by Warner Brothers, and very unlikely for anime use unless one of his kids gets the rights and sells out immediately
pretty sure Queen's music is owned by Disney, no chance whatsoever here (although they have licensed it for stuff like a Viagra commercial featuring We Are the Champions, so who knows)
Smash Mouth owns the rights to their own music, and in specific, i believe Greg Camp owns the rights to All Star since he was the song's writer and composer
Smash mouth are the fucking kings of licensing, and they would gladly license out the song for use in JJBA if anyone approached them, guaranteed
What if gappy got paisley park and instead of looking like a map girl it looked like the surface of the ocean with a sailor hat
and what if yasuho got soft and wet but instead of an anchor and a split down the middle it was a compass rose
>Foo Fighter didnt even get a AU counterpart
I know that wouldnt make much sense but god damn almost all the deaths in this part hit me real bad
I updated the art evolution chart since JoJolion seems to have passed the halfway point. I also changed the late part 7 picture with a better example of the art style during that time.
>You will never have a boston terrior so you can
print out a late-part-3 iggy facemask and force the dog to wear it, then tie a The Fool model to it's hind legs by a piece of string and periodically throw sand around it whenever you walk it
>heal people I care about that get sick
got some bad news for you anon
what are you talking about? this full buttcrack took up at least a dozen covers on his own
Something tells me you wouldn't like my other plan where I get a falcon,
feed it an exclusive diets of small dogs, leave it in a freezer for a week then bury it underground as a trap for my boston terrior.
anyone have a higher res version of this? it's from some book called Jojo's Bizarre Words, which is a book of araki's favorite jojo quotes
What do you guys think?
>tfw he actually used Speed King's special hidden ability to speed up his ageing process and slow it down on command
>tfw he had sex with his sister to keep up the elaborate charade
Vitamin C can make things extremely soft right?
Speed King can affect heat thus potentially the molecular structure of things/people. It only looks like that because it's just an older version of it.
>just an older version of it.
Everything else being said is just fucking terrible and why I'm glad Araki doesn't write for you.
But I would like to see more aged stands, after the end of SBR.
>But I would like to see more aged stands
i would like to see more aged stands in general
star platinum never changes its base design, but between baby polnareff and aged D4C, we know that stand aging is a thing that happens
>star platinum never changes its base design
he became a fucking twink
So Soft and Wet isn't Stealing Attributes according to the recent chapter its literally destroying the attribute(Killer Queen) and healing it(King Diamond?)
so can Jousuke use Josefumi's stand attacks?
He used the face bomb in the Aphex Twin battle
>why r u crying?
>thingkin of muda
look at that smug The World though, he's having more fun than he was with DIO
So which Killer Queen do you like better? DIU or JJL.
Blood vessel sized Sheer Heart Attacks sound way cooler than anything DIU KQ could do. I hope it has a parallel to Bites the Dust also
holy shit she has a lot of JoJo stuff on her channel
so when do you think Kira and Josefumi met Karrera, and why would she join the group? She doesnt know Holly(i think)
I was hoping that AU Diego could surround himself with a bunch of fans and use them as a meat shield in Eyes of Heaven.
>he's having more fun than he was with DIO
You say that like it's a joke, but I personally think Stands are going to be explained as some kind of alien consciousness that exists through the cells of humans who were infected with the bacteria from the meteorite.
So what if The World in Steel Ball Run IS the same The World who was DIO's stand?
fun theory? But the stand meteor only fell in the first Devil's Palm(The wandering Desert) while Diego probably gained his stand consistently in the second Devil's Palm(The Mountain from Scary Monsters)
its still part of Killer Queen's Destruction motif, it just came out in a different way
No Josef not using Hermit Purple to find Kira is
Hermit Purple wasn't even that helpful in finding Dio, they still had to find which building of many Dio was hiding in with only a minor clue. This time they don't even have the luxury of joestar senses, guarding murder bird or a dark aura surrounding the house
No, it's three different stands.
ACT 1 can make sounds.
ACT 2 can make onomatopeias that become reality when touched.
ACT 3 can just sort of punch fast and make things heavy.
Each act has a completely different ability and you can't tell me they're one and the same Stand. Evolution's just a shitty excuse.
And by the way Steel Ball Run universe was a terrible idea and I hate it.
Stand evolution and acts are two different things anon. Stand evolution is getting an entirely new stand, but getting a new act is just getting a new ability for your stand.
That being said, in Jorge Joestar, Pucci (and Kars) use all three stands whenever they want. I know it's the least canon, but I just find it hilarious.
This is my first time discussing Jojo anywhere, I just want to start complaining already.
>but getting a new act is just getting a new ability for your stand.
But Anon, a Stand can only have one ability :^)
Like I said before, it's just a shitty excuse in my opinion. Each form has a completely different ability, and he can pick and choose any form he wants.
Oh, that makes more sense now. I was kind of disappointed when Koichi started relying on Act 3's strength during fights, though.
>And by the way Steel Ball Run universe was a terrible idea and I hate it.
>This is my first time discussing Jojo anywhere
No wonder you don't realize how shit your taste is, let us enlighten you
But seriously though, every time I try to read through jorge joestar's images and construct a coherent story out of it, it just doesn't work.
>Kars' whitesnake, C-moon and MiH requiem just have more heads and arms. Whitensnake says KARZKARZKARZ all over it instead of the genetic code.
>Part 5 characters just show up naked sometimes, and when they don't show up naked they're naked by the next time they show up.
>Narancia uses his alt-stand, a submarine, to fly-by nuke the entire nation of britain from pucci's space ship.
Erina survived the boat explosion by getting in DIO's coffin, was later found near new york
DIO survived by taking Jonathan's body then climbing into the coffin so he couldn't get lit up, and was leter found near egypt
So is this theory that Dio got into the bottom of the coffin, under the velvet part, without Erina noticing. Then, Erina got in the top, and floated to the islands where she was rescued. Then, the coffin was presumably left there, relocked, and washed back into the water, where 100 years later it was dredged up, and opened, this time checking under the main compartment, unleashing DIO.
Because I'm looking at the pages right now. The locations could fit this (Canary Islands, then later "off the coast of Africa"), but it seems pretty retarded.
Okay actually, it says "rescued in the Canary Islands," but it shows her getting picked up by a ship with no islands in sight. I guess they could have picked her up, locked the chest, and let it sink, but Dio getting underneath with Johnathan's body without Erina noticing, all as just a head, seems dumb
It's possible that after Erina was rescued, she requested the coffin to be thrown back in. Dio somehow managed to get out to the main compartment and lock it again from the inside.
I mean, I'm not Araki, but it seems plausible, if a bit forced.
Here's the relevant panels. Erina's definitely on top of the cushioned part in PB, and in SDC they checked under that part.
Still seems stupid
My explanation is that Dio and Jonathan's remains sank to the bottom of the ocean, so Dio was protected from the sun.
He's survived being burned alive, I don't know what makes people think an explosion killed him.
Erina lets the coffin sink after rescue, and Dio is crawling along the ocean floor, barely moving Jonathan's corpse. Eventually, he comes across and takes refuge in the sunken coffin and goes into a restorative slumber.
Maybe even turns to stone like Santana.
That could work except that she seems to have drifted super far, Canary Islands are nowhere near the UK-America course
Is that just explosion in the bottom right, or is it a figure falling into the coffin?
By the way, in the page before, Jonathan is holding Dio's head leaning against an unrelated crate, with the coffin a few feet away
It just says "they plan to honeymoon in America"
Yeah figured, just checking
They usually do unless they're tour cruises, which is never mentioned. Araki probably just figured it wouldn't matter much which islands he picked so no one would care much, and long as they were between Europe and America somewhat.
Also, JJCA seem to be supporters of the theory that Jonathan's stand was the World, heh. Pretty sure it was the passion
>I don't want Joshuu to become a top-tier brojo only to die in the end
You remember what happened the last time we had a character that fun...
The passion is a jorge thing, I'm pretty sure it's just a second hermit purple.
Hell, if the world can be a star platinum with more range, dio's hermit purple can still be hermit purple.
Well, Dio seems to think they don't. Remember Jotaro's twitching finger trick, when he made him think he had moved using a magnet? Also, not really electricity, but Joseph's wire-like Hamon-charged Hermit Purple.
I don't wanna talk about The World/Hermit Purple 2.
My opinion on that has a lot more to do with the theme of everything rather than what's actually science in it's own universe.
And it was a boat with rich people on it. Just because it's not said doesn't make it not true.
Tusk for Season 3 ED of Steel Ball Run?
Funny how they look less like Lady Gaga when drawn as women.
>Steel Ball Run universe was a terrible idea
Ditching the old setting and characters at the end of a part has always been one of the series' best elements, it gives Araki a ton of freedom. All SBR did that the others didn't was give Araki to revisit a time period without having to bend over backwards, like he did with Giorno.
>Now watch me dance around for a bit.
This bitch knew what she was implying when she
>filled with many random, unnecessary references to the original universe.
That part is true. Getting rid of the continuity wasn't a big deal at all, honestly.
Early in SBR Gyro explains that saints are declared because they cause miracles, and they can even cause miracles after death. The miracles are obviously stand power, and Gyro refers to them as such a few times early on. Maybe one of the post-humous miracles Jesus' corpse produced was dragging a meteorite into earth, and the stands caused by the meteorite in the SBR universe are just an extension of his influence.
Jesus was the bacteria, sort of like Foo Fighters.
Unrelated, but what did Ringo mean by a "True Man's World?" I got that it had to do with determination and forging your own path, which is a reoccurring idea in SBR, but I'm to stupid to figure out the exact meaning.
>Probably the ballsiest move ever made by a manga author.
>Created one of the most beloved parts in Jojo history.
>"A bad idea"
It's a state of mind where you're willing to die for what you believe in or want, and that it's a kind of freedom nothing else can give, which is complete certainty in your actions.
Telence T. or Daniel J. D'Arby?
I've always liked the theory that Kars eventually flew through a wormhole and landed on earth, and the stand-granting meteorite is actually him.
Maybe it could tie into rock humans if it was in JJL too
>The world can mimic and joestar stand
Elaborate please. I've never heard this.
The idea is that The World's true power is to have the power of any stand a Joestar has, because the hermit purple and time stop are both exhibited by Dip, and the two living Joestars.
I personally don't like it.
The whole idea is that since Star Platinum and The World are the same, maybe The World just possesses all Joestar abilities. Like Hermit Purple, and perhaps DIO used Crazy Diamond's ability to heal Pucci's club foot.
Was Jouske even alive during SD?
I always assumed Joseph banged Jouskes mum when he was getting Jotaro outta prison
Yeah he does have a cool design. Did a quick shitty redraw of the new pic of him.
That sounds about right. I guess I was on the right track, but the part where Gyro found "the path of light" and caught up to Diego was throwing me off.
I'm not a space expert, but do wormholes timetravel? The stand meteor landed early in Earth's history.
My personal theory is that the pillarmen were a new form of life created by the meteor crashing, like how FF was both a new lifeform and a stand, and that they made the arrows because the meteor held religious significance to them. Kars made the masks out of the meteor rock, and that was part of why all the other pillarmen were so upset.
