I kinda wish we didn't get this arc, since it's more or less like Komi twisting the knife some more and giving us the middle finger with all the "lol I can't pursue him because he and oneechan are going to be an item" talk, after he cemented Chitoge as the winner already.

I'm getting the feeling mother Onodera sees the sister love triangle and is gonna use the contest to see who is more worthy of marrying and running the sweetshop with Raku.
Kosaki will suck, Raku helps, Haru gets jealous and wins. The reward is some quality time with Raku. It will be meaningless arc, except for the mountains of saveable Haru reaction faces.

I've picked this up recently, and reading through 200 chapters and then having Raku realise his feelings for Chitoge was a blast; I've felt fuzzy inside ever since.

I however feel that, or anyonr following the series over the years, it all must've felt slow as shit and plagued with filler arcs.
