Bring me the Penguin Drum.
I don't even know what the penguindrum is!
I don't care, get it anyway.
I come from the destination of your fate, I don't have to be specific.
That can be arranged. Get me the Penguin Drum first, though.
Give the boy your fucking diary, you perverted stalker slutbag ho who will never amount to anything.
Aw man, I was going to make one of these on the 20th
Anyway, what is your HONEST opinion on Oginome Ringo?
She's off her rocker bigtime.
That isn't getting the fucking Penguin Drum. Go get it.
You should be able to find it if you look inside your own heart, anon.
Let's begin the survival strategy.[/spoiler
Listen up, you pigs who will never amount to anything. Get me Life Fibers.
A girl falls in love with a boy.
Unable to confess, she stalks the man in order to get his phone number. Never minding the strange area code, she immediately calls him, and is overjoyed to find out that he has a crush on her as well.
But, the next day, when she recounts the previous day's confessions to the man, he only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, she finds out that the man she called is not the same man she fell in love with. In fact, he doesn't exist in this universe at all. He is the man's alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC's own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of his crush.
Hijinks ensue as she strikes up a deal with the man's student to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip her with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves in exchange for her dead sister's diary. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.
Well... I just finished watching this. And I must say:
WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST WATCH AND WHY DID THEY NOT MAKE A MOVIE OR SOMETHING
Because whoever runs whichever website you were looking at is stupid
you covertly spoiled me and I didn't realize it until after I was done. Well played.
Penguindrum was million times better than Yurikuma
I watched this anime a while ago man and all I could get for an explanation was "Go read all the other fucking novels by these people and then you just might understand all the fucking bullshit symbolism", fuck me for not reading all that bullshit before I wanted to be entertained for a bit by some fucking chinese cartoon
Utena is up there too but it's lower than both of those for me because I felt the pacing was weak and
I don't like the art and characters as much.
>Why wish? Is he not going to?
More as in, more frequently. Utena was in 1999, Mawaru in 2011 and YKA in 2015. He helps on some other projects in-between but I want the full blown originals by him.
There's something I don't understand about the penguindrum...
If the penguindrum is love, how does they have to bring it to the princess? Also, if it's love they had it all the time, so, why doesn't she said they already had it?
