Population in the Sky People would be pretty much in the demographic transition model's stage three. About it's culture they obviously worship the sky goddess and their society would be pretty closed to everyone but from the inside they are pretty good people. They would be pretty much an individualist society. An interesting sport would be the racing in the stratosphere.

Regarding Mountain People given how I described they way of life it's population would be set in the last stage of the demographic transition model. Because they have been told the Mountain God fused with the nature they worship the nature itself. Because of bonds with the community and other people born from the Mountain God, they are a very united community society but because they inusual abilities they are feared by humans and when one wants to enter to their society and shares the same vision about the nature their customs is a great entry barrier for most of them.
