I bought from a Japanese seller on Ebay with 99.9% feedback over 15k transactions in December (supposedly EMS shipping) and never got the item. He marked it as shipped but never provided a tracking number.

First time I messaged him he was overly quick to offer a refund if I didn't receive the item in 1 week. It's been like 2 weeks since then, messaged him again a couple times in between and he said both times he would check the status at the post office but never got back with me with the "status."

Looked this morning and the fucker has it relisted at double the price (same pictures and everything).

It was one of two items available at a good price, slightly cheaper than the other one which has sold. I don't want a refund, I want the item, and it's too late now to buy it around the same price because the other one has been gone for a while as I said.

Am I fucked? Threatened to report him for failure to honor the sale this morning, and that it was obvious he never sent it. No reply yet. Needed to vent, but maybe someone else has experienced this "seller's remorse" bullshit before.
