How do you pronounce this?
Hunter EX Hunter?
Hunter Cross Hunter?
Hunter Christ Hunter?
Hunter Times Hunter?
Someone explain why they made the title this way please, thanks.
This. probably this is more accurate though...
Also i prefer 1999 version over 2011. I know 2011 is more like the manga but 1999 pace and general feel feels better.
Unironically Pitou. Yes, she is a girl... get over it.
Machi is on second place and that's it.
The rest of the anime is about boys so if you are looking for girls/ harems/etc you are cold as fuck.
>How do you pronounce this?
>He didn't even give the 90s ver a try
Come one, I don't care if you ultimately liked it or not, but at least give it a try.
Don't listen to this lying faggot >>136235174 Pitou is a man
And you gotta watch it for best girl and best boy
Well, there's this girl.
If you find her cute, you should give this series a shot.
anyone deciphered the HxH alphabet? perhaps the X is a letter from there, though the "hunter" part is obviously written in regular greek alphabet so it wouldn't make perfect sense...
Also the hunter association's logo is two H's intertwined.
Anyway I don't pronounce it because I don't talk about anime IRL but I read it hunter ex hunter.
>Hunter Ex Hunter
I may be stupid in suggesting this, but isn't the "X" meant as a multiplication symbol? You would either pronounce it as "Hunter times Hunter" or just plain "Hunter Hunter", as you would in math reading variables, or letters/words, being multiplied.
Then again attempting to decipher the logic behind word usage in Engrish is a meaningless endeavor.
Official pronunciation is "hunter hunter". Togashi got the idea from some comedy skit in which the tsukkomi asked "why do you say every word twice?". The x is some decoration thing.
