Can a loli be a lolicon?
Apparently not. It reminds me of the monologue of a bullied loli whose series I can't remember in which she explained that little girls are only cute at the eyes of older people and that among themselves they don't see each other as adorable or fragile but as annoying competition or something like that. Its an interesting perspective how do lolis perceive other lolis?
Google removed all the results for pages that had "loli" or "lolicon" in them and slowly manually repopulated the ones that payed them to do so, so you won't find it on their service.
What is this bullshit now?
It was all over their support forum and we talked about it here if you check the archive, a lot of vapid responses from them about fighting child abuse but there was a lot of anger from loli mangaka whose sites are still unlisted and thus lose business.
Anyway, https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/websearch-ja/7X_8d4DoxcE;context-place=topicsearchin/websearch-ja/%E3%83%AD%E3%83%AA since that time google has changed everything several times so it's less and less easy to find what they've done.
They literally just blacklisted the exact terms, if you searched "loli" or "lolicon" for about a month after they did this before it got repopulated by had the only result on any of their services was spanish wikipedia, eventually they added niconico and english wikipedia, who knows what they've gotten up to whitelisting by now.
Lolis that love their onii-chans are the purest
I'm trying to recall a loli granny/aunt/teacher who with a serious love for cute lolis. It's on the tip of my tongue but I can't remember it.
Probably a pettanko lolicon, but Kiseki has a pretty big rack
