Should I just read the Magna or Suffer the terrible animation bits in the anime for the better experience.
The manga, despite it's status as a promotional side piece for the show, is actually very enjoyable and much better than the TV airing. It moves at a pace similar to the original Dragon Ball manga, rather than the hideous, snail paced filler ridden garbage that is the Super anime.
Of course, Super hasn't actually started yet technically, as we're still at the movie adaption episodes, so hold your judgement for now.
This is wrong. Toriyama is not "doing" anything. He merely lays out the plot structure/concepts and everyone else follows it while they "do" their work.
Also the manga is ahead of the anime, making your statement even more nonsensical.
I miss the good old days.
No matter what saga you watch you will suffer the terrible animation unless the episode is animated by Minoru Maeda.
If you mean episode 5, not that much was changed.
