Thankfully my daughteru is already a Christian.
I get that you guys just don't like the idea, but during her Oktavia fight she explicitly prays to God for help, then in her last moments finds peace while knelt in prayer, telling Sayaka that the two of them will be together.
It's subtle but it's pretty clearly made out to me, especially since Kyouko's whole character arc is her reverting to her "original" way of seeing things.
For what it's worth, the DVD chapters are also titled "The Blade Forged by a Prayer" and "I Pray We'll Be Reunited."
You can argue that this isn't a Christian kind of prayer or something but that's throwing out the fact that she was clearly raised in a Christian household, so when she all of a sudden starts asking God for help and assuming the prayer pose, you can draw some safe conclusions.
Seeing Kyouko make peace like this was one of my favourite moments of the series and I found it genuinely touching.
My waifu converted me.
All hail the Tank Fairy.
One of the major themes of Christian redemption stories is people veering away from God and finding their way back to the faith. Think for instance of the story of the Prodigal Son.
So you get Kyouko running around stealing apples and scorning God, but then coming full-circle in the end and directly addressing God once again after all this time.
