For example: one of the more popular Inuyasha endings "come my way" is actually a cover. Sophie Monk sings the original.
The Madoka India meme is in fact not a meme at all. India is actually a motto for Inu Curry who did some of the Animation on Madoka. One of the members "Ayume" is fighting some sort of illness and is probably the reason behind Inu Curry disbanding after Madoka. None of the animators are actually from India.
Lucky. I had to wake up every Saturday at 4:00am and sneak into my front room to get my Anime crack fix. It was worth it though as is saw shows like Eva, FLCL, Bebop, Champloo and of course Inuyasha.
One of Hideaki Anno's first works was on Nauusica.
He could do it because they needed animators for the movie, so they placed an annoucement in some anime magazine and Anno went, Miyazaki was so impressed by his drawings that he made him animate one of the most complex scenes of the movie (the god warrior that appears towards the end).
This is the most known/Influential anime intro in the world. Try not to sing along.
>yes this is the correct version.
Anno also voiced the protagonist in Miyazaki's last film. I wonder what lead to that decision. I'm guessing the fact that they're on amicable terms has something to do with it, but I'm sure there's some other reason.
The Girugamesh guy from Sakura Con is a straight up killer.
Anime's actual intended audience is actually Japanese, not non-Japanese as many are led to believe. This is why when someone outside of Japan says an anime is shit, Anime studios does not listen to them and continue doing their own thing. Sometimes Japan doesn't even realized the number of outsiders that watches their anime.
>Anime's actual intended audience is actually Japanese, not non-Japanese
Yeah, no shit?
Who thinks it's made for foreigners. It's made in Japan in Japanese language and broadcast of Japanese TV.
Yeah, but it's an attitude that they're gonna have to move beyond before it bites them in the ass. The aging population of Japan simply cannot support the industry domestically to the same degree it has in the past.
The entirety of the End of Evangelion is blurry for no discernible reason, and Anno raped the color in the new Blu-ray release. I am still mad and Anno is still a hack, and we will never ever in our lives see a definitive edition of Evangelion.
>looking for photos of cells online so I can show you how bad it is.
I don't know why I didn't realize this, but you can just buy the original animation cells from the series. I kind of want one.
The infamously out of place rap part of the full Kanon ending was sampled in a BGM in Shadow the Hedgehog.
I heard Tsutomu Nihei's daughter told him she likes SnK better than his work.
I never said Inuyasha was a good anime. I just said it has the most consistent endings. None of the anime meantioned in this thread have eight or more good endings. Inuyasha has eight great ending themes songs. You can lie to me but listin and know in your heart you are wrong.
Only humongous faggots wouldn't give stuff they don't like its dues when they're undeniable. Inuyasha's endings are the best despite how one might feel about the anime itself.
Don't forget Levi, Penguin (Shirokuma Cafe) and Angel Beats MC in that, although theres nothing particularly outstanding in these roles apart from the SNK OVA.
This is the only song in the Cowboy Bebop OST to have a cast member singing:
Vash's seiyuu Masaya Onosaka had a thick Kansai accent that they made him hide for his role as Vash.
Sho Hayami had no accent and they made him fake a Kansai dialect for his role as Wolfwood.
the Japanese version used for InuYasha in the original.
Nge has a lot of references to Nausicaa.
For example, Asuka mother treating a doll like her Daughter? that's exactly what Kushana (the "villain" of the movie") mom did in the manga.
>most anime watchers love harem
>they also love moe
>they are furries and/or mlp fans
>call everything edgy that is not moe
>call everyone a newfag if they say moe is shit
>call everyone plebs when they are the lowest of the low society has to offer
Just kidding it's not something an anon would not know. Everyone knows it.
Pocket Monsters merchandise was flooding north america before a dub was even considered for pokemon
Many of the shows you guys watched as kids were animated by anime studios despite them not being styled as anime
you eat the cornet from the chocolate side or else you make a mess like an idiot
there are shows older than you are that are more loved by your parents than you are
and your parents don't even know they were anime
Raison d'être is french for
'lmao why dont u understand this anime retard'
despite memes my friend, shows with dubs were ones that were believed to have been enough of a success to sell them across the globe, not that every show with a dub was good, just good enough to sell.
