>no mention of him in the Boruto movie
Why is Naruto such an ungrateful shit?
That Jiraiya was more of a father to him than Minato because Minato died.
He only talked to Minato in his head and for the short while he was ressurected during the final war
Yet in the movie Minato was treated as Narutos mentor even though he was dead for most of the series until Orochimaru edo tensei'd him
Yes but WHEN would he have said those things?
It's been 20 years since Jiraiya died by the time of the movie, and one of the main points is that he hasn't opened up to Boruto very much because he's busy being ninja president
Wouldn't it be a bit out of character for him to just randomly denounce his father after all he'd done? Naruto would never feel the need to actually compare the two.
Just watched the movie earlier
I'm still not really sure what to make of it, or what to make of this family's relationship.
It's just a rather young dad putting too much time into his work because it's his dream job. He needs to figure out more of a balance, like most adults do, of work and family time. When he does that, things would smooth out.
jesus fucking christ, naruto just laid waste to that child's heart
Watching the movie around that point, you really get the feeling that Naruto is overworking himself out the ass to the point that he hasn't slept in days because he keeps overworking. He didn't even remember Himawari was having a birthday until Boruto reminded him earlier that day.
He's sending shadow clones out here and there all day, doing paper work without end, getting ready for the Chuunin exams, it was too damn much and he finally fucked up at the worst time. Boruto said he wouldn't forgive the old man if he messed up Hima's party, Naruto thinks he can handle sending out one more clone, but then he passes out later that night before the party was over and the clone poofs away.
Shikamaru finds him where he passed out in his office on the floor later that night, and says he can just take the rest of the night off and go home already.
For obvious reasons Naruto doesn't feel like going home that night though.
Instead he just spends the rest of the night doing paper work until Sasuke shows up to talk about some ninja shit.
Hinata tries to talk Boruto down into realizing that his father means well, he's just having a stressful time recently. Boruto though quickly forgets about it when he meets Sasuke, and develops his first homo-crush.
Naruto transfer Jiraiya's feelings to Boruto using his chakra
>has been overworking far too much
>didn't even stop to come over to his daughters wedding
Why didn't sensed a shadow clone to do his work while he was at the birthday party
nothing makes me happier than seeing the butthurt faggots come out of the woodwork when a "big three" thread pops up on /a/
I find it funny how the only non horse shit, bottom of the barrel, would rather watch Yo Gabba Gabba parts of the Naruto series are the parts where he isn't the MC but that might change with the new series.
>implying he didn't do it on purpose
>Boruto though quickly forgets about it when he meets Sasuke, and develops his first homo-crush
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.
Except in this case it turned out to be a perfect match.
It's a long story. Let's just say Kishi wanted maximum POTTERY for the final battle.
I knew the cake was gonna get fucked up, but damn. Looking back, being the Hokage is just like wanting to be a grown up and working a job: You think it's gonna be great, but it's just a bunch of bullshit on top of bullshit, and you never have time for yourself or your family, even.
I tend to forget Naruto is sixteen years old, and most of the fans now are adults/late teens.
And he never kill anyone. Not even Toneri
>implying Burrito won't kill a nigga in cold blood if he has to
