Takatsuki Sen is a general knowledge to public but the connection between her and Eto is not revealed, up until now when CCG decides to investigate her
It means they are snifging the connection between two identities. It's not a coincidence but it's a plot device for future events, not kmplying Kaneki knows who Furuta is. If can also be Furuta will sabotage Kaneki's plan next time.
Of course Kaneki will come and talk to her but it doesn't validate his and CCG goal after that: to bring down Aogiri.

Think about part 1. He wanted to go on a date with a nice and hot girl and his whole life got fucked up. He became a monster and there was no place for him in this world.
The CCG was killing ghouls left and right and his hunger was driving him crazy. He was lucky that Touka and Yoshimura took him in and he made a few new friends.

But Yamori and Aogiri took that from him, indirectly at least since it was his own choice to leave Anteiku. And why did he leave them? To become stronger, to be able to protect them. Why would he need to protect them? Because the CCG exists.

And as we all know, Kaneki is a selfish bastard. He wanted to protect himself also.
The CCG was the biggest threat, not Aogiri.
Aogiri didn't give a single shit about Anteiku.
Kaneki needed to become stronger to protect his friends and himself because of the CCG.

But that problem is completely gone now that he is with the CCG himself.
They won't hunt him down as long as he works for them.
They won't raid :Re since they have no clue about Touka and co. being ghouls. And Kaneki wouldn't let them anyway.

He has his "human" life back. There is no need to kill humans since the CCG is feeding him. He can live amongst other humans and they won't kill him even though they now he is a half-ghoul. Things couldn't be better for him.
