A not altogether unexpected conclusion to the Winter Grand Prix. Seeing the effort team do their Prikatsu was heartwarming, especially in comparison to the nonsense that was Hibiki's training regimen. Being witches was a silly idea, but I at least would have liked to see them with a proper performance. And then the Genius team was just all over the place, even with the theme of classical movies it felt like five different songs put together. It actually reminds me of Falulu stealing everyone's Making Dramas and winning everyone over in season 1. Let's see what Hibiki will do now that she's stolen the Meganiis.

Also this was just extra confirmation that Mirei was the real leader of her team and the one standing opposite Hibiki's ideals. In an attack seemingly directed against her, Pripara is now Cele[b]para, literally removing the "pri" from the world. I wouldn't be surprised if gobi were banned from Celepara from now on.

I don't see much of a point for 720p webms if they're so long that you can't give them reasonable bitrate. Giving 4.2mbps to Aikatsu CG with vp9 is not enough to make 720p look decent, so you might as well go down to 576/540p or even 480p.

2-pass isn't perfect on short clips so there's going to be differences in size (if you're even using 2-pass).
If you're using ffmpeg you should always 2-pass and -deadline best and aim for either 3MiB or just set a bitrate of 8M or something high like that if it'll end up lower than 3MiB.
