Nothing like that. There is an air of mystery around Sanji since his last bounty specified that he *must* be taken alive (everyone else is marked "dead or alive"). Next thing we know Sanji vanished and Nami is saying there's a chance he'll never come back. There's probably a Yonkou involved. Hopefully the next chapter will shed light on the situation.
