Is there any character in fiction that can defeat Kumagawa with All Fiction and April Fiction?
Though in all seriousness, even if you took Kumagawa's powers to maximum wank, there's plenty of ways of beating him.
-Destroying the universe he's in. So all sorts of gods, pretty much any Marvel and DC cosmic entity, disputably Umineko characters I suppose, etc.
-Perma-killing him with suitable hax (MEoDP, for example)
-Permanently incapacitating him (The Flash's Speedforce time-statue bullshit comes to mind, for one)
-Getting rid of him without killing him (throw him into another dimension or somewhere else he can't where he can't cause problems, ala Yakumo Yukari or Dr Strange.)
-Permanently removing his powers and/or making them your own (Dr. Doom)
-Ultra meta bullshit (Umineko again, Squirrel Girl, Nabeshin, etc.)
-Probably some other shit I've not thought of. Demonbane probably has some extra bullshit on top of everything else it already qualifies under.
You make it sound like those are all easy to do.
Kumagawa can erase them first.
>The Flash's Speedforce
All Fiction can still remove that from existence, technically.
If marvel heroes can beat Dr Doom, Kumagawa can remove him.
Umineko is your best bet on that entire list, and they don't even exists canonically.
Kumagawa is not impressive at all, overall Medaka universe is pretty overhyped with their "insane hax". Hax works good when it's backed up with insane stats. Kumagawa is just a human with reality warping, and pretty shit one.
>Medaka universe is pretty overhyped with their "insane hax"
MB isn't overhyped because it has high powerlevels, but because the powers the characters have are meta as fuck. Zen has the ability to nullify plot armor, Medaka has absolute plot armor, Chougasaki is invulnerable and counters everything, Ajimu is basically Demonbane, Iiihiko is the "Reader" to Featherine's "Writer" and Style Users use word play to bullshit reality.
Don't start this. Kumagawa is universal at best while Demonbane is Omniversal.
Allows her to learn and perfect any skill at 120%.
The 120% comes from ep 11
If you think about it shes already past eldergod tier
>is there any character in fiction that can defeat a pathological self-defeatist
Trick question, OP.
Is it even possible to erase the existence of something that not only existed before existence, but is such a complex being that even a literal omniscient god doesn't actually know whether it exists or not?
Nope, even stronger than publisher. If no-one is reading your book, you could have all the best authors, artist, publishers and editors in the world but it wouldn't mean shit.
Readers are what make and break a series. You don't get enough readers and your manga gets canned.
Sure, the publishers can drop a series whenever they want but they would only logically drop it due to ratings (or the author getting into conflict with them.)
Oh, alright, that makes sense.
I guess that opens up the option of King Crimson and Lancer's Gae Bolg then, since he'd die before he realized it and could use All Fiction.
That being said I'm not at all a fan of Medaka Box so there's probably a bullshit loophole I don't know about.
>You make it sound like those are all easy to do.
Most of them are, though admittedly not all.
>Kumagawa can erase them first.
Both Shiki's have bullshit fast speed and Kumagawa needs to think to erase them. Ryougi doesn't even need to get into range to kill him, since by Mirai Fukuin she can kill shit on sight at any distance.
>All Fiction can still remove that from existence, technically.
This might work considering that The Flash's time-statue victims appear to retain conscious thought. Though it might be possible for him to leave them as vegetables, I dunno.
>If marvel heroes can beat Dr Doom, Kumagawa can remove him.
Doom suffers from plot-induced antagonist failure syndrome almost as badly as Kumagawa does, you might as well say Kumagawa will lose because he lost to Medaka...and almost every important fight he had. The difference is that Doom has outsmarted and overwhelmed realty warpers and cosmic beings far more dangerous and powerful than Kumagawa. The guy stole the powers of Galactus and even Pre-Retcon Beyonder, taking down Kumagawa is well within his abilities.
Isn't there another anime character that always loses too? I remember a few year back having a thread about who would lose faster. I just can't remember the other characters name.
Wnna clear something up
Kumagawa's self-defeatist only comes into effect when facing a Main Character.
he has beaten side characters plenty of times. and as explained in pic related hes a boss character, whose sole existence is to be beaten by the MC. If his opponent is a side character they're pretty much fucked
Kumagawa is basically the anti-powerman
no matter what he fights against, he will lose (that doesn't guarantee the other side will win, but he will lose)
So he's not really suitable for powerlevel threads like Accelerator, Gil, or any battle shounen MC
Ajimu on the otherhand
and if he can hit him, book marker can basically weaken Doom horribly (though it's only if it's the real Doom and not some Doombot).
Kumagawa also has a passive ability that mindfucks you so even if he's not conscious about it it'll probably still affect the opponent (not to mention all-fiction can happen automatically).
Though the planet-cracker principle does apply to him.
If that is the case, he could only be killed be someone who could create death. And not in a Final Destination sort of way like the Death Note, but more like creating the concept of death from nothing.
Robert Haydn could probably kill him.
