Invisible storm is just social exclusion. The name calls attention to the fact that it's treated like something natural, a force of nature rather than something people do deliberately, which is obviously very absurd.

The girls collectively decide one among them to exclude by voting on it, and then label that person as evil to give justification to the exclusion (eg. "we're not excluding her arbitrarily, we're doing it because she's evil!")

It's poking at how arbitrary and silly social exclusion is, that those excluded are done so on arbitrary grounds, that meaningless labels are thrown around to justify it, that it's treated in a way that utterly disjoints the reality of it from its perpetrators and that it actually serves a purpose of unifying a group by giving it a common enemy.

The truth is that there is no 'invisible storm', just a group of girls being bitches. They just hide behind that labels because it makes it seem like what's happening is natural and not their fault.
