As a general rule, if you do care about spoilers, you should avoid any threads that have anything to do with said show, including spinoffs. This goes double for a show that's an adaptation of something that's already been around for a while, especially if a previous version was available in English.

I mean, for fuck's sake, the UBW anime is an adaptation of an arc of a VN that's been around for 11 years, had a translation patch for seven years, and a mediocre movie adaptation for five years. Nobody's going to have sympathy for someone who wants to go into this adaptation blind but chooses to go to a board full of people who played the VN seven years ago.
