>the wind is complicated
>they're in space
This is so stupid, I'm so done with this awful show.
Reminder that Slaine ruins everything.
No clue, maybe they play a lot of golf and get their balls swept away by wind?
How you experience it is kind of similar. "oh, I didn't take wind into account" vs "oh, I didn't take the gravitational influence of the huge massive rock over there into account".
Either way, you ball's trajectory is altered.
They just say "wind" to that.
GRAVITY FROM THE MOON BEING BLOWN UP
They're actually talking about plasma winds.
So you're one of the faggots who spazzed out before everything was explained in the next episode.
Jesus Christ people, there are plenty points you can argue against this series, but you idiots rage over nonexistent issues.
This wasn't because of Tharsis, is he starting to get how Inaho's brain works?
>mfw I'm watching this shit through those hyperspeed webms
>don't have enough time to get pissy over space wind
you don't even know what the fuck are u searching in google
There's special alnoah gravity in the moon bits.
These shows wouldn't be as fun if they didn't take liberties like this with science. I doubt any of the shit they pulled of would actually work like that.
They want something to happen, so they say it happens. That's how fiction works. They want to have to adjust trajectories, so they say there's magic gravity. What's your issue?
So will Inaho have figured out by the next episode that Slaine killed Saazbaum?
I think the show's shit and am only sticking around because I'm being an autistic completionist, but HURR USE WIKIPEDIA isn't a solution. You think the writers actually think they're right? You think if someone had pointed out that that wasn't how physics worked, they'd have changed it?
In a show about giant space mecha from mars I don't really give a shit about things like this if the actual story and characters are interesting. In this case, they weren't so I dropped-this the wind thing is the least of this show's problems.
>after claiming the whole first season how scientific accurately was this show
I really wouldn't say that. It's probably more accurate than actual wind in space, or those little rocks having such a gravitational pull, but it's still not that accurate.
Slaine has gotten good at anticipating people psychologically. Inaho's autistic ass can't. He makes decisions based solely on logic and exploiting technical weakpoints.
That's why they are the rivals of the show.
it's important to differentiate between real physics and oh!great physics.
This is actually retarded the calculations needed to have a rough estimate of the effect of gravity on these bullets I did in FUCKING HIGHSCHOOL.
That's right the writers in the show that decided to pretend to add "intelligent" space tactics are dumber than high school students.
Remind me of that one manga page where the girl reflected a flashlight on a make up mirror onto another make-up mirror and somehow made it a strong beam of light or some shit.
Mechs are generally too big to be practical, put too much stress on almost every joint/part, and impractically take up energy. That being said, in space it'd be better than on earth.
Still, you try moving large metal as fast as some of these things, the stress is unreal.
So will he stare at it and talk to his eye again this week?
Not to mention the humanoid shape is nearly worthless in practice.
Having a legged structure isn't 100% "useless" but a real battle droid would look more like a tank with spider legs than a humanoid.
He died before saying a single "abide" this whole cour.
I was expecting it to look a lot more goofy on him, he's pulling it off better than I thought. It really makes him look small though, well compared to the other Counts he is tiny.
This is kind of what he ended up doing, isn't it?
She was thinking of Slaine in that scene though.
The show has a lot of foreshadowing
Yeah with that whole war speech Inaho gave to the princess, it was actually foreshadowing Inaho's plans (kill as many enemy martians until they give up) and Slaine's plans (achieving their objective).
Really if those two could somehow manage to work together they'd come up with a better overall solution. Slaine's plan works out better for the Terrans for when he sees Earth inevitably being conquered. Inaho would probably adjust his plans if he realized how messed up Vers's system is.
>Slaine manages to beat the MC power protecting Inaho
>about to shoot Egg's head off
>looks down and sees the tip of a blade piercing his chest
>looks behind him
>Asselylum is behind him
>let's a tear run down his face, while he mutters "why?" and dies
>Asseylum and Eggs have sex on top of his body after that
Some are just bad in different areas, just like all anime.
I've been watching Sidonia and
a shit ton of people unnecessarily died because of a gravity shift and they just brushed it off like it didn't happen. I can stand gauna killing people but that was too much. I'm only on Ep 5 though
He really took advantage of him and used him. I'm not sure he thought Saazbaum would adopt him like that but with how he egged on Mary and Barry that might have been his intention. He pushed Saazbaum into a corner to defend him.
The only way I can sort of forgive the wind in space thing is hoping its slang for the gravitational effects of the debris they were shooting through. But even then those little rocks shouldn't be remotely close to being able to alter the path of a bullet.
Doing it in front of Slaine and rubbing salt in the wounds, he completely gave up on his goals and wanted Slaine to shoot him in his head. Slaine even asked Saazbaum if he'd prefer to die without realizing his ambitions.
Fucking Harklight calculating the trajectory around the whole of the Earth's circumfence was the final nail in the coffin for me. Inaho was already ridicuolous hitting stuff at 700m, then this nigga showed him by over a hundred times.
After going through the trouble to save him the first time which got the princess shot, Slaine can't just leave them when Saazbaum has the power to help the princess get medical treatment. Her heart did stop.
