Well japan does it once again. Why japan got so much bad taste they got to cut short so many good mangas?
>Turns out that Shinigami was a long-lost childhood friend who won the MC's heart when they were little kids
That's an archetypal example of a shitty harem series.
It had great potential, only to fuck it up in the last 2 chapters. Seriously, who writes this shit?
Why does Japan axe everything with a good premise?
Yeah I can't believe how it turned out. Wasted all these great characters for shit all.
Well, it could have been worse.
How else would it have ended? "And their fun-filled lives continued"? Fuck that.
Why would it end like that? No one suggested a shitty ending like that but you and there was no inclination of such an ending being possible, ever. As with the random Shinigami end, almost disregards everything that's happened so far.
Should've just given it to one of the other girls if not at least the Senpai considering her situation was somewhat similar.
Fair enough. I just suggested that because I've seen it happen before to (cancelled) manga and I don't see how any of the other girls could have won.
Any one of them could have won so the author would have had to pick one at random.
The faces will be the only thing I miss from this manga.
Thing is, even though we're calling it a Shinigami end, it's not really one either. All the girls still like him and he hasn't really chosen anyone yet at this point, though I suppose you can argue the Shinigami's winning.
Holy fuck seriously? This had more promise than any of the crap I've seen lately. Why do all these bland light novels and manga get popular? Is it because they play it safe?
please tell me that yandere at least won.
Dammit Japan. Anyone know of other works from this author?
Apparently this was published in a shoujo magazine of course a female harem wouldn't be popular amongst shoujo readers hopefully with the open end this manga gets a new life in another magazine but I wouldn't bet on it.
Did you forget shitty Mysterious Girlfiend ending?
Or that tame end of Koe no handholding?
Or the axed ending for the bubbly tomboy of Sakurasaku Shoukogun?
Or betamax retarded ending of Itoshi no Karin?
I am rage now.
>I liked the ending of Mysterious Girlfriend X...
Nigga you what.
He could've rolled with this outcome and go for a harem path. Each girl is still somewhat insecure about MC being shared, but then they all tolerate each other after laying everything on the table.
Koisuru's author was like "Fucking twats axed my beloved manga, so here's a clusterfuck of an ending which make no sense, now put it on your shitty mag"
Fucking why'd hard. The manga was so fun to read.
I was thinking lately about some artists that I'm a fan of that haven't been able to keep their series running, or had one get canceled and never seem to get a new one running. A recent one was Imawabi no Dakini, which while the story was kind of dumb, had some neat concepts and interactions. His pixiv is here:
I can't remember the other artists I was thinking of at the moment, but I find myself wishing they would stick some author who's works are less likely to be canceled with some of these artists. I have the feeling some of the dumber plot twists from those guys end up showing up because they are always planning week to week under the threat of imminent cancellation.
This was one of the recent ones that was canceled that was too bad. The focus that he put on the human girl who didn't have much of a unique personality was making it drag a bit, though.
