Male VAs generally come across as more natural. The women pretend that they're as cute and fluffy as teenagers, but the guys just horse around and I like that.

OnoD is great, Sugita is excellent (I love how he messed with HanaKana during the InuBoku live events), FukuJun is a marvel and even looks like his characters.

Also Yuichi Nakamura and Masakazu Morita. And that guy who voices Zoro in One Piece, he's critically underused.
