A true omnipotent would be able to create it at any point of time they wished, they'd be able to do it without resting, they'd have omniscience aswell. They can create a rock heavier than they can lift, then LIFT it anyway. That is -true- omnipotence. Doing whatever you want, whenever you want it, with whatever you want, you can make fire cold, you can make gravity out of orange juice, you can make the existence of demonbane disappear with a blink of an eye, you can get killed and come back to life anyway, you can lose your powers, and STILL get it back, you can do ANYTHING.

And Demonbane is beyond their existence, eternal and limitless. Removing his existence is meaningless because Demonbane exists when it does not exist, can reconstitute from the past before it was destroyed, can reconstitute itself from nonexistence, can create more of itself from oblivion, and other such impossibilities and paradoxes without limit.

Demonbane has true omnipotence too, basically. Comparing them is silly. But only one of them actually defeats other omnipotent characters.
