Holy fuck why japan need to sexualize everything? i was expecting a moe show about moe girls, it's just a 14 years old paralytic girl. even they have ass shots from her in the battle scenes
I'm actually bit weirded out by the number of people who think that people in wheelchairs aren't supposed to be sexy.
"Your legs don't work? Well no one but a sicko would find you attractive. Might as well kill yourself."
Most of the times, body parts that can't be used tend to be unnaturally skinny. Not only because those parts dont work and dont get exercised, but also because the person has to compensate by using other limbs even more, making the paralyzed limbs look even smaller in comparison.
If Togo really spent most of her days wheeling about by herself, especially before she moved and met Yuna, she should have be sporting some Xena level biceps and Woody Allen chicken legs.
But thanks to the logic of anime, we got gay sex goddess instead.
> especially before she moved and met Yuna
I got the impression she moved there immediately after being let out of hospital, so she didn't really have to wheel about by herself much.
Maybe I'm reading too much into this, but this line seems to by implying she hasn't been to her old home after losing memories.
Didn't she spend something like 2 years with the Washio family? Plus it's heavily implied that Heros' families get hefty compensation, especially after the Mankai system is implemented.
Gin's family had better live in a fucking castle
That's what I'm talking about. Tougou family suddenly got richer, but her frame of reference are only blurry memories, as she never visited her old home after she became Mimori again, so she isn't sure whether they were rich or not.
Did you expect that they will not sexualize best girl ? top fukin kek
Tougo best girl
To think we can appreciate this once more. Normal life is a true blessing.
At least the girl's bodies were delicious.
Rest was shit.
I love this one. It really gives you the feeling that the day has been completely saved.
Specialized wheelchairs for pools do exist, though.
Get your eyes checked, guys.
But anime girls don't poop, anon.
Because if it was a large non-empty rectangular surface, it would resist the water and wouldn't push down as easily?
It's related to water physics and how things move in water.
Will Tougou really recover her memories as Sumi now that she can walk or are memories a far more delicate mater than 'mere' body parts?
I think that it's implied in WaSuYu's bonus chapter that Sonocchi's talking to Tougou, so she's probably recovering those to some degree.
I wonder if she and Yuuna would name their child after Gin.
>I think that it's implied
I still can't shake the idea that it could also be Shinju-sama itself.
Still up to interpretation until Sonoko After hit us.
inb4 it's a pure SoL Volume. I'm do not necessarily against this.
Exercise or relax, getting her into the water is the same process. Besides, resorts are more than capable of catering to an elderly population associated with mobility issues.
It fits with going against the sea of starts that is the stardust.
Threadly reminder that Tougou is overflowing with love greater than friendship for Yuuna.
Just to say, I'm still working in mankai'd Fuu and Itsuki, I blame finals for taking up all my freetime.
I'm angry that I didn't have my sketchbook when I had the occassion to draw this. Sorry for grids.
She found a better place.
>K: It would be nice if the audience would enjoy the final episode. Actually, before we created the final episode script the creative team got stuck one time. "Eh, what should we do with this", "How can we save them".
We were asking the same questions.
>K: The most extreme moment was Episode 9, right. Actually in the A part music only plays in one place, and in the B part there was the tremendous feat of Itsuki's song playing for seven minutes straight. The scenes afterwards had continuous music so we tried as hard as possible not to play any music in the A part.
T: The retort we got from Sound Director Iida-san regarding the mail about the music length was pretty funny laughs
Nice to see Kishi knows where he did good work.
>Thinking about the weight of the developments up until then, if they weren't saved in the end, then as a series it would become a story without meaning, so in the end making it so they get everything back was the correct decision.
Right in the face of all the "but this show has no meaning if it ends happily"-people.
>K: To be honest there are mountains of those, but if I dare bring up a more maniac-like one, I just like the breakfast scene from the second half of Episode 7. That part was done really beautifully so I thought "Thank goodness, thank goodness". Because everyone who drew that part drew it with love. As a result it became a very beautiful nice scene so that was great.
Wait, what is he talking about?
Does he mean that morning scene with Tougou and Yuuna?
>K: Over the span of these 3 months, thank you for supporting the Hero Club. I would be happy if you would never forget these girls.
DAIJOUBU! We won't.
Noone here ever noticed that Fuu had six fingers in this, right?
Because otaku pandering. When your fanbase consists of ronery nerds who never get laid (unless you're one of the few none hambeast females), you tend to get plenty of "fanservice".
You just have to skip the trash and find the gems that are few and far between.
She secretly mankai'd between episodes and lost the finger
Guys, I just noticed something weird.
There are altogether six hero terminals and somehow it was said that they can't produce more of them.
But there were several groups of possible heroes and none of them knew who would be chosen. And when Fuu's group got chosen, they already had fully functioning terminals.
So that means that every hero candidate must have had a terminal even without getting chosen before.
This again means that there must be many more terminals than the six known ones.
So what is going on here? Are terminals actually easy to mass-produce yet only a very limited number of them are able to simultaneously channel Shinju's power?
Like there are several terminals that are e.g. configured for yellow ranger power with a huge sword, yet only one at a time can actually receive that power from Shinju-sama actually?
I mean, in the first episode their phones suddenly had a new app on them, so that got uploaded/unlocked and they can use that power now. Yet later their phones get taken away from them and even later returned again with upgrades. So which part of the whole thing now is the "terminal"?
Taisha intended to use this very batch since the beginning. However, they couldn't outright tell it to the girls that they were the only ones who had to bear the responsibility. Yuuna had the highest hero aptitude, Fuu was easy to use because she needed to feed her sister. Itsuki came bundled with Fuu. Tougou was originally a hero, so they decided to let her stay that way. Karin was training for a long time and was probably selected for the same reason.
In short, there were no other girls.
>U: When we were deciding on the final story development, at first there was the idea of Tougou-san falling into the darkness and turning dark. But that seemed like it was turning into a common pattern
> Vertex come again (not necessarily the 12 we know, but some of the other 76)
> "Well, the next generation of heroes are sure going to handle that!"
> tfw there never was another hero generation and they have to go through all this shit again
Noticed something interesting on the related threads
>At the beginning of each episode the title is shown with the respective flower blooming (mankai) in the background. And when the episode is over, during the next episode previews, the petals of the flower fall away in the background (sange). Now you will never be able to look at those title cards the same way ever again...
>Also of note is that episode 4 is Fuu's flower, the wood sorrel. Then we get the flip side with episode 9 being Itsuki's flower, the Solomon's seal. episode 10 is, as you can guess, Tougou's flower, the morning glory.
>Episode 11 brings Karin's flower, the azalea. And finally, episode 12 finishes with the Japanese Cherry, Yuuna's flower.

>To the very very end, there isn't an explanation for the characteristics of the Vertices, but if you watch carefully I'm sure you will understand the mystery of the Vertices. Why the outside world itself has become like that and such all have meaning.
If I'm not mistaken, Karin was given Gin's terminal and trained separately to bypass Shinju's selection and ensure they have someone with experience to send to whichever group gets elected. So possibly the YuYuYu group's terminal didn't have the ability to transform until Shinju said so.
Also it might be worthy to note that just like the previous time in WaSuYu, only three new terminals haven been created for this hero group: Yuuna, Fuu and Itsuki's. Tougou and Sonoko are using their old ones and Karin is using Gin's.
---The final episode took a happy form, but was this the plan from the start?
K, T: That was, from the beginning...
U: (Interrupting) I was opposed to that until the very end.
U: No really, until right before the final part of the series composition, Yuuna was XXXX (censored by the Taisha) you know!
K: Right right, only Uezu Makoto was opposed until the end.
I'm glad everyone else persistently overruled Uezu.
Oh, okay then
Calm your tits, faggot. Nobody's pointing fingers at anyone.
VN insertion progress: 8/10 chapters inserted and ready to go.
Only Play Practice and Overcome Your Weakness are left. And I think someone else translated those.
The Taisha didn't lie outright, they just deliberately made the hero club the most attractive looking candidate group. It's like those scenes in movies where they let the dog choose its own master, but the Taisha doused the hero club in raw meat.
