In the final chapter Hazama killed Seifer. Mai lost the power of the Intermediary Grimoire because Seifer stole her fragment of Azure and she was left withe the Nameless Grimoire. The Crimson Grimoire that Seifer made with the Azure fragment was incomplete and of little use. Shiori got injured protecting Mai but survived. Mai recovered from her ordeal, fully accepted being a girl, saying that she's happy that way, and went on with her life alongside her friends. In the epilogue they cover Mai's interactions with other characters after the incident and her budding romance with Taro. She tries to confess to him but gets interrupted by Akane. Mai also talks with Chachakaka about her father and decides to become a person worthy of him, which gives her a motivation for the future.

Though it wasn't always the focus of the story, I did like the way Remix Heart covered the MC's adaptation to being a girl. At the start of the series Mai wore a badly fitting clothes, wasn't used to being around girls and didn't view herself at all as one (e.g. thinking along the lines "girls like X", "girls do Y", etc.). Later she adapted by first dressing properly, then getting comfortable around other girls and finally by starting to think of herself as one. I also appreciated the fact that Mai didn't do stupid things like being embarrassed to look at her naked body, asking people how to pee or freaking out over menstruation. These sorts of gags are used fairly often in such stories, but they're pretty cheap and make the MC look like an idiot.

And I also liked the fact that Mai reflected on her condition, which eventually led to an existential crisis after she realized that she had fallen in love with a guy and agonized about whether she had changed so much that she was effectively a different person and that her original self had effectively disappeared. This soul-searching and questioning of herself made her eventual embrace of living as a girl seem more meaningful.

Though the fact it says that only early buyers of the game will get the strap suggests that this is a special offer that may not be available on that site.
