I searched a bit, and it seems there's some stuff in the Koyuki route.
I didn't finish Monshiro after story and fireworks girl, I finished everything else.
However it's been a long time and I heavily used machine TL and weaboo hearing, so yeah, don't trust me too much.

Yeah, he fights Margit in Koyuki route and loses in a really shitty way, probably the most forced lose in that route. The stuff I posted in my first post was from tvtropes (not the most realiable source, I know). I also read that he was the ace of the opposite faction against Haou in one route (which confirms your statement).

I was curious since it looks like he really got gimped in Koyuki's route.

Not that guy, but I can't recall him ever fighting Momoyo or the other three at once. You only see him fight in like two routes, in one of them he gets beat by Margit, and the other one was in the mock war which Momoyo wasn't even in. But it's been a while since I read the A series so I may be wrong.

I don't remember that happening but he is easily the strongest member of the west group and is on the same level as Azumi, Stacy etc. He is basically a trump card
