Loli is legal in America to an extent. There was a weak law made a while back which no one really cares about which makes it illegal to possess or distribute anything that can resemble real child porn. It would have to be incredibly sexual, vulgar, and life like to be considered illegal. No one ever enforces it though. Why would they go after neckbeards jacking it to loli when there are real pedophiles and child rapists going about? There were a couple cases of people who actually were prosecuted for loli but it was only because they had several other charges on them. Almost every time they had past sexual offenses, possessed real child porn, etc. You'll be fine op.
