fandiscs after stories came out this dec25, Kazusa and Haruki are doing well, I will give a little summarie:
Kazusa and Haruki return to japan after a few years to visit Youko, during the flight they actually fought, it seems is a routine for them and kazusa demanded a divorce, Haruki was all "when I married you I knew you sucked, this isn't anything new, you will cry for forgiveness later" Kazusa is all "ahahah nope" then during the during Kazusa starts crying and begging to haruki, just like he said. they have sex until morning. they reunite with youko, who is keeping her cancer in check, and still doesn't want to leave japan, she repaired the old IC house and is living there, and wants to see a grandchild soon.Youko also wants to prepare a marriage ceremony for them, there's a few touching mother daughter moments where kazusa goes "thank you for caring for me all this year"(like a bride) and youko just laughs at her, then they laught together

Haruki and Kazusa then have a tour in the city and remember old times, they walk to the old place in IC where haruki kissed her for the first time and go "we were such idiots back, if only we were honest with ourselves..."Kazusa then asks for a kiss and Haruki says"what, in front of all this people" kazusa: "you did it back then..." then he kisses her and says "you got a lot better at kissing, thanks to me" they walk throught the city some more, and point out that kazusa isn't as popular anymore, since nobody recognizes her, then kazusa tries her old disguise, tying up her hair, a scarf and glasses, she still thinks she looks dumb, haruki goes:"what, I honestly think you look good in that" kazusa: "you're my husband, you're biased" lastly they visit the school. they go to their old classroom, and Haruki confesses that she loved her even back then. kazusa: "yeah now I know, we really were idiots". then they go to the music room and play some music.Youko then calls and says it's ready. Haruki makes kazusa go to gymnasium, where Youko prepared a surprise wedding ceremony.

About Setsuna's After Story, there's nothing worth mentioning, since her ending is bullshit in the first place.
they moved together to haruki's small apartment after the wedding, and are looking for something bigger. Setsuna's mom is trying to make contact with Haruki's mother at least, since now they're family. Haruki couldn't care less.
it's worth mentioning that Kazusa isn't around, she's currently giving a concert outside Japan.
at the end they move together to a bigger place, and Setsuna informs to Haruki that she's pregnant.
nothing really happens here, this story pretty much exists to show that Setsuna and Haruki have a normal happy life, and it's not as fucked up as one would think after reading the game's ending, where Haruki confesses that he stills loves Kazusa more than Setsuna, and Setsuna is okay with it.

In kazusa's ending when they're leaving Japan, Haruki notices he forgot his guitar in his apartment.
Years later, Kazusa and Haruki receive a video mail, it's a video of Setsuna during her birthday party, she's playing the guitar Haruki left behind(she learned to play it) and plays and sing Powder Snow. She's surrounded by friends and family, she's happy and doesn't hold a grudge against Haruki or Setsuna. at the end of the video she asks in German I think
"how are you doing, I'm doing fine"

Haruki still had to leave his country, setsuna, her family that trusted him, his job and friends behind to be able finally be happy with kazusa.
the after stories show that it was worth, since his friends at least calmed down and forgave him.
I didn't mention it, but when Haruki comes to japan, he doesn't even try to contact Io and Takeya, and of course he wants to stay away from Setsuna, he doesn't want to open old wounds.

I'm going to wait for the VN translation no matter how long it takes but can someone tell me if Kazusa's true end is ultimately happy?

I read a bit of the manga and the first novel. Honestly, it's not at all up to scratch compared to Maruto's usual output and it'd definitely be my least favourite work of his I've read so far. But I've heard that as of the most recent volume it's after improving quite a bit so while I'm willing to give the series another look, I think that the positive reaction it's garnering is hilariously biased. I mean, if you're going to stick with an LN series for six volumes you're going to like it on some level anyway. Keep your expectations low at any rate because it's not going to reach the allegedly good part.

I've also noticed how ridiculous the marketing for this series is. It's actually insane. Wouldn't be surprised if the sutema crowd came out in droves for this.
