Angelic Howl 2 is a 1 hour flashback of what happened after Amane left. Also even in the first VN it's made out that Kazuki did that but it was Sensei who had cut up the bodies because he felt guilty after following the captain's orders and how "he shouldn't get inbetween fights with women" and how he should take responsibility.
