I actually fucking love the outfit. The boots go up to the knees and protect the outside of the shin and are connected to the trousers.

The three part coat is a cool nod to formal japanese ritual wear along with being a hint to his identity and the chest armor is pretty interesting as it's probably zylon or dyneema or something reinforced to hell and back.

Only thing I don't like are the boot tips and the bottoms being metal.
