I have a Vizio e420i-e0 42 inch led. I live in a tiny 550 sq ft apartment in Denver, but still wish I would have gotten a little bit bigger TV. I sometimes have friends over to watch stuff and we sit on a cheap Ikea couch that also folds down into a bed.

I had a vizio soundbar but it died and sounded like shit anyway so then I got a cheap set of logitech z313s, but even the tiny 4inch subwoofer drove neighbors nuts so I just got a cheap logitech set without a subwoofer and they sound amazing. My PC is hooked up to the TV so I use the TV as my main monitor.

I can sit on the couch with my feet up on the cheap ikea coffee table and watch whatever I want on the TV. It's very super comfy.

Plasma has always been superior in my opinion. There is less leak through so the blacks are blacker. The latest ones weren't near as bad at energy consumption either. LED has come along way though.

Usually I'll switch my HDMI over to my TV if I want to lay in bed and marathon a series. If I'm just watching an episode really quick to shitpost on /a/, I'll stay on my PC. The absolute best thing, though, is hooking my TV to my PC and laying in bed playing a VN for 5+ hours. There's not much in life better than that.

Also, having that many computer screens leaves no room open for what's called "white" background color, which our eyes need to focus on other objects with color.

2 Years ago, I had 10 computer screens and, honestly, after about 6 months of constant use, I started developing what's called "compulsive stimulated migraines" and it now has lasting effects on my eyesight and my brain.

The most screens anyone should have is 4, I'm told. Anything more than that and you literally put your health at risk over a long period of time. And it does get worse as time progresses.

Also, any screens larger than your basic movie theater screen size are pointless, as after a certain width, your field of vision starts to fail, as there is literally a blind spot to the right, and left of your vision. Pic related.
