I don't normally recommend anime, and I have a friend who really only likes the "heady" shows like Tatami Galaxy, Uchouten Kazoku, and Kon works, so another friend and I convinced him to watch it claiming that it was probably one of the best things we'd seen in a while, but, it didn't get good until 6 episodes in. At the end, he didn't seem angry with us, just really crushed.

It's probably one of the worst VN adaptations out there. Ignore the guy who said it's better than deen's FSN because that's just fucking wrong. The tsukihime anime apparently thinks it's nice to change random things from the VN, even small things that have slight impact on the plot. That and the characters seem like totally different people. Though the opening is ok, but that's about the only thing about it that isn't complete horseshit.

In the original game she was saved by Shiki while her whole team was in the shed with her. In the anime she's by herself and the reason Shiki doesn't recognize her is because somehow after opening the door for someone whose locked in a school shed for god knows how long and has been shouting, the appropriate response is to just fucking walk away like nothing happened.
