Spooky monk's ride has ended...
Daily reminder Aizen bred, fathered, and trained Ichigo to become his new Zanpakutou to defeat the soul king.
>Spooky monk's ride has ended...
Nah not yet. He's only been killed once. Still got at least 10 chapters of killing the unkillable after getting unkilled by the perfect killer.
The whole vice captain and captain thing is weird, because almost all vice captains and captains have been stated to be of a power level above what is appropriate, which makes the ones of normal power seem like chumps
This chapter straight up irritated me.
I knew monk was going to get beat, barring some kind of awesome twist that was the only option. I knew Jubi was going to pull through, of course he's not going down that easy.
I was just pissed off by the whole "nah, I'm just immune to your powers" thing, especially after up until now he's been getting his ass beat.
Have him pull of a neat trick or technique and then say some shit like "That was close, without BLITZKRIEG GERMANSOUNDINGWURD I might have died there"
But no, we just get my little cousin's "nuh uh, I had a forcefield the whole time and your guy's lasers cant break them" excuse
Yhwach's power is to see/understand something from any given perspective.
Meaning that he didn't forget his name because fat monk still knew it, and he could see his own name from his perspective.
I lost interest big time in the Bleach manga after Rukia died. Are the later chapters really worth reading?
>But no, we just get my little cousin's "nuh uh, I had a forcefield the whole time and your guy's lasers cant break them" excuse
Fucking this, it's like that stupid tails vs sephiroth thing.
The issue isn't him forgetting his name, that's just a byproduct of Ichibei's power. The concept of the name itself has been taken away.
Yhwach just has the ability to restore it.
I'm not talking about Edo Tensei Uchiha Madara. Hell, I'm not even talking about Gedou Rinne Tensei Uchiha Madara. I'm not talking Juubi Jinchuuriki Gedou Rinne Tensei Uchiha Madara. I'm talking about Sage of Six Paths Uchiha Madara with the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan and Rinnegan doujutsus (with the rikodou abilities and being capable of both Amateratsu and Tsukuyomi genjutsu), equipped with his Gunbai, a perfect Susano'o, control of the juubi and Gedou Mazou, with Hashirama Senju's DNA implanted in him so he has mokuton kekkei genkai and can perform yin yang release ninjutsu while being an expert in kenjutsu and taijutsu, a third eye Rinnegan capable of casting Infinite Tsukuyomi, and five Limbo shadows which protect him from all physical harm.
Hmm I thought of something. If the Monk's power is to name someone anything he wants and in effect change their characteristics wouldn't he be able to power someone up to make them invincible, godlike etc.? For example, what if he just called someone 'God' or 'Undefeatable' or 'Winner'. In that sense, he could power up Ichigo or someone else to be able to win any fight, even against Yhwach...
You have posted this like 3 times in 2 threads.
We don't give a fuck about your shitty theories. Do everyone a favor and start tripping so we can filter you just like LabMember.
For someone who never gets dirty
For someone who never eats
For someone who never change his clothes
For someone who can't be attacked
For someone who is always busy
Because chances are his power doesn't work that way and we take the explanation given too literally.
When he named Yhwach "black ant" he didn't literally mean he was an ant strength-wise. One ant wouldn't survive the 2 attacks that Yhwach survived. By naming him ant he probably meant that he's like an ant, fragile, weak (in comparison to a superior being), powerless.
Chances are too that he can't give powers beyonds his own powers, like naming someone God.
>you will never see momo's bankai
>you will never see [insert character name here]'s bankai
But really. It could harm him and kill him. The Hogyoku just insures he gets revived and gets back stronger.
That he could harm the current form was already a testimony to the brokenness of it's power.
>Considering it could defeat Hogyoku Aizen
>But really. It could harm him and kill him. The Hogyoku just insures he gets revived and gets back stronger.
That's not what 'defeat' means. Gin's bankai is clutch but it's no Mugetsu. Gin killed him once, and got killed immediately afterwards. Mugetsu killed him so hard that it forced Aizen to regress to a pre-trancendant state, upon which Kisuke's bindings were activated and Aizen was defeated.
Yeah, It's a bit frustrating, but at least not Orihime levels of frustrating. Hinamori was technically brainwashed by him, after all, so Aizen is still a touchy topic for her.
In a way, she actually understands Aizen, but him discarding her and attempting to kill her broke her. Even so, she seems to hold the good things she was taught from him and apply it to her work.
Shinji and Lisa's friendship and influence did wonders to her and she seems to be recovering nicely.
I sometime worry that translation ruins the metaphors and make us think of some things to literal, this chapter was (unfortunately) as simple as :
Raepmonk: I'm going to rename you ant to represent the fact im stronger than you
YW: Too bad im actually omnipotent so you can't beat me.
I fail to see how his 'understanding' held any relevance to the fight, I think the whole he can understand anything part was just his right hand man brown nosing.
>Mugetsu killed him so hard that it forced Aizen to regress to a pre-trancendant state, upon which Kisuke's bindings were activated and Aizen was defeated.
Please read my post next time before blatantly dismissing the evidence provided.
Through guts and hard work.
She's actually a very competent shinigami, good with kido and according to Shinji, strict with rules. Unfortunately, we mostly saw her doing shit with her during a state of mental disturbance, recklessness and later lack of resolve.
She seems to be doing better now, though her status is currently unknown considering all the shit that happened.
Fuck, I wanted his A to be "The Ant" and him to go rampaging around while being a huge ass ant, his new name having made him even stronger.
Not since the cicada guy got shanked out of nowhere was I this disappointed in Bleach.
>I sometime worry that translation ruins the metaphors
It does. In the last thread some guy kept showing all of us why some names make WAY more sense in Japanese than in tranlations, like The Wind for instance.
The key word here is "defeated" and is the word you used specifically. Kamishini no yari did not defeat Aizen, Mugetsu did. They're on completely different levels of power, as proven in the text. Did you forget to do your homework?
I caught up on Bleach yesterday after stopping in late August. Man Bleach is at its best when its not focusing on the Big Bad. Everything just gets so fucking ridiculous. I enjoyed Based Mayuri drugging Ice Shota and kicking Gigi's and Pepe's asses much better than watching Ghost Hitler and fat Monk explain these incredibly convoluted powers.
You think you are hot shit, don't you; spouting the same shit every fucking thread about how Aizen is going to rebirth the entirety of the spirit world with Ichigo as his weapon in some sort of twisted plot turn that makes no fucking sense.
Well guess what: you're wrong. Such a finishing to the entire manga would be so stupid, but fans such as yourself would just lap it up; wouldn't they? God you're so stupid. I'm just going to go to school tomorrow and know that you're still here, posting your hot fucking turd of an opinion on this loser anime and manga board, while I'm out enjoying life - proving you wrong.
I hope you enjoy being single forever, you loser; continue writing your pathetic monologues in your cum crusted underpants and fast-food covered floor.
You disgust me.
>Yhwach isn't unstoppable.
Ichigo will fight against him with his newly acquired powers that no one has fully seen.
Or Kyoraku will. Goes bankai and it is a convoluted as fuck child's play with endless rules.
I wonder if Kubo will attempt to explain Yhwach or if he'll just roll with the fact that he basically just wrote in a character who's power parodies one of the biggest cliches in Bleach.
>If he can understand your power, he can control it
Shinji is especially fucked.
I still like Monk because even if he is OP, he's not unbeatable, and for what position he holds it's believable that he can literally give and take names. Yhwach's letter was obvious as hell but I feel Kubo is going somewhere with it so I'm letting it slide.
Basically, what I'm saying is that I'm not as bored as I was during Deicide, where Aizen went from master troll to complete stock BBEG in a matter of two chapters.
TITE KUBO IS RACIST AND THIS IS WHY IT'S CALLED BLEACH
>No it didn't. If anything it had less effect.
It's literally straight from Urahara's mouth; his bakudo only took effect because he was so drastically weakened from Mugetsu.
>hurr Kisuke isn't always right
Please give me a better argument than this if you wish to continue.
Not him but yeah, people like Ichigo and maybe Aizen are the perfect counter to Yhwach.
They have weird powers (Aizen thanks to hogyuku and Ichigo due to Quincy/Shinigami/Hollow/Human genes) that are hard to properly understand and know the limits of.
I wonder now if Ichigo will have some unique quincy power kinda like the other Sternritter,? except obviously without the schrift thing, kinda like how Royd and Lloyd still had that copy and mimicing power even before meeting Yhwach.
Wow, goddamn. I was just about to post that:
>Be from the USA
>Nonstop media coverage of riots, protests, and racial tension following several recent cases of black men dying at the hands of police
>Come across this page
WaterPanda has outdone itself again.
I actually like the Monk. Maybe a little too much talking but this is Bleach after. In the end I liked the visuals of his power. The writing and the giant foot and hands were cool to watch but of course I knew he had to lose.
I wish this arc was more like the SS arc where Ichigo had a few rivals who weren't necessarily the strongest that he had to fight instead of the Aizen arc where we knew Aizen was going to waste a bunch of people until Ichigo showed up.
I get the awful feeling we're going to jump back to the other royal guard at the end of this and find that they're all facedown on the ground and the sternritter elite are cleaning up when Ichigo & co. finally get there.
Ichigo chases after Uryuu
Yoruichi-v-The X Axis
then gets immediately stomped by Hashwalth
and Orihime gets The D
That wasn't Urahara, you fucking retard. He was fucked up with an arrow in his side and was just as surprised at what was happening as everyone else.
I CAN'T FUCKING BELIEVE IT.
A FUCKING BLEACH DOUJIN, TRANSLATED, AND IT'S NOT TITMONSTER NORMALFAGGOTRY.
Am I losing something? Is this some old doujin retranslated?
>How was he not weakened when he almost completely disappeared?
The same way Yhwach is fucking dandy after being smashed by Monk. This is Bleach, son, get educated.
>The difference is that he wasn't here to activate the seal.
Kisuke placed the seal before Aizen transcended. It took effect when Aizen was at his most vulnerable. He didn't activate shit. Just reread Deicide you ignoramus.
Defeated him with a single blow so Ichigo could go to SS.
He then wakes up to jail him, but he still got rekt with a single attack without releasing shikai, without saying anything and with little to no effort.
Blut Vene up too because he was getting rekt by Ichigo and thingking what to do.
Apparently it's been up since 2009 but i guess it finally got translated. Thank you anon, imma save this for a rainy day.
Relax boys here's the page you are looking for
So Ishida is a double agent but he's in pretty deep.
What happens to him? Will he die a heroic death?
I never said anything different.
I said Urahara oneshotted him. I just posted the page where Kirge gets fucked by a single attac, no shikai, no effort, blut vene up. All that I have stated is true so far.
Did you seriously even read the manga? Grimmjow killed Opie. Urahara was injured and couldn't do anything. I JUST pointed this out.
Please, that's nothing compared to the edgyness Grimmjow displayed.
Ulqiorra was just a sad gloomy bat who had slight moment in which he yelled. The "edgyness" was merely aesthetic with his habilities and resurrecion.
Well it was said that only those deemed expendable would be sacrificed. I don't think Haswald thinks himself expendable.
Still he was a captain. Maybe Gin had saved his life on some occasion or the two had gone on some dangerous missions together.
Either way it would've been nice to know why.
I think Yhwach made Ishida fodder for him, like all the other Sternritter.
So when we think Yhwach is finally, like actually dead, he's going to snuff Ishida and make a comeback.
Ishida being a double agent seems too convenient. Ishida is an important tool for who knows what reason. The fact that's he's set to inherit Yhwach' s power definitely has something to do with it.
>He then wakes up to jail him, but he still got rekt with a single attack without releasing shikai, without saying anything and with little to no effort.
The way you said it, it seemed as if you were implying that Urahara "rekt" Opie again AFTER Opie got back up.
And if Opie got back up, it wasn't a fucking oneshot, was it?
Maybe when Yhwach dies he will then take over Ishida's body, kind of like a back up plan or a 1-up.
I hope not though
because I ship IshiHime
>Maybe Gin had saved his life on some occasion
That actually happened, in one early bonus chapter where they're academy students Kira, Renji and Hinamori try to help Hisagi, who's an upperclassman fending off hollows. They're all saved by Aizen and Gin, who's Aizen's lieutenant at the time. That's when Hinamori at least start admiring Aizen.
Ywach is the Almighty Father, so that just leaves the Son and the Holy Spirit. Hazzy certainly looks like a ghost, so Ishida needs to die and donate his body to Ywach after three days.
I've been sitting on this prediction waiting for it to play out for over a year now, and I've even seen other people here on /a/ come to similar if not the same conclusion as me: Uryuu's plan to backstab Yhwach already failed when he drank Yhwach's blood. He's now basically being pressganged into staying a villain. That much is clear and obvious, but what's only slightly less clear (but still pretty fucking clear) is that Kubo's trying to use this to distract from the fact that Hashwalth is going to be the one to stab Yhwach in the back. When exposing Uryuu's unfaithfulness/uselessness to Yhwach doesn't dissuade him from keeping Uryuu as his heir, Hashwalth will put into play the final stages of some long standing play to steal Yhwach/Uryuu's powers for himself. Then Uryuu gets to sit back and be the damsel in distress, Yhwach offs Hashwalth, and Ichigo finishes off Yhwach.
He got defeated with a single attack. That's getting oneshot, isn't it?
Maybe I didn't word it properly, that would be entirely my fault.
I thought that the word oneshooting was fitting because he used a single attack. But now that you point that out I'm not sure if oneshooting implies killing someone or can be used when defeating someone.
So is no one going to talk about how Yhwach now has four Iris's?
When Urahara finally reveals what he was doing in Hueco Mundo int he first place we'll see a flashback with Grimmjow's actual face included in a panel, maybe a whole discussion. He's not "coming back" and he's not going to contribute shit, he never was.
You're alright anon. The wording just confused the shit out of myself and a few people.
Let's all just have a Rukia and agree on how Kubo's recent preschool special power logic is making us all wish the Quincy turned out to be more like Opie.
Hmm, you might be right, it looks like the soul king might have eight.
Wow, your opinions are about as shitty as your ability to convey a rational thought. Here I was trying to be nice. There really is no hope for you, then.
And Aizen had three in his final form. With wings it's five.
What, you mean Viz's North American publications? The ones that are over a year behind and consistently fail to check the spelling on names despite having easy access to both staff in Japanese offices and just, The Internet, which consistently manages to catalog and correct relevant information.
>those three hollow holes
what was ever up with this random hollow from the start of this arc anyhow? That seems like a rather conspicuous feature for a random low tier monster to have.
in terms of offence it's kind of pointless since all the damage that needs to be done can be done with the shikai, but for general purposes it's only the two together that let him totally rewrite reality if he feels like it.
It really is.
>Shikai, you're covered in paint and and have no name and power.
With no power, your enemy is like like an ordinary human, you could easily crush your opponent.
>Bankai renames the opponent into something else giving them that power E.g 'Ant.'
Now your opponent is as strong as an Ant, extra easy to kill. But there is no point because you could kill a human just as easily with those powers.
It's not an ability in the same vein as the letters bestowed to the Sternritter were; Toofsy made it clear that it's part of his very existence- basically, no matter how powerful Monk's ability was it wouldn't have any effect.
However, I don't think this necessarily makes Yhwach invincible; however it does establish that he is 'godlike' in a sense, or has an aspect of a god, and thus further establishing a connection to the Reio.
see the fun of this kind of dispute is there's no need to even do any work. we just both wait and see where it goes. it's just a countdown to you being wrong and there's nothing either of us can do to change or speed it up.
You're missing the point of what a Bankai is, and what it says about Ichibei and his role as 'the one who bears the true name'.
It's one thing to erase a name, and reduce everything to a blank slate. But to then rename it- recreate anything with a single word? That's real power.
And let's not forget that Ichibei claims to have given Soul Society, and everything in it, it's name. He essentially made the 'Soul Society' that exists in the present.
And lets not forget where the Vandenreich came from: the shadow of Soul Society, the 'black'.
Jesus fuck this would've been hilarious.
>Joke's on you my name was ant to begin with!
>since when were you under the impression that ants weren't the most powerful beings in existence?
>A, THE ANT
Calm your tits, he obviously meant to say best girl after Yoruichi.
Being able to fundamentally change the properties of an object/person is really awesome. It's just not that useful when you've already reduced your opponent to a blank slate.
I love her but I know everyone else hates her
Rangiku is hot but she's lazy and a shit. Rukia>Rangiku
At least Rangiku is hot but Momo? Momo is objectively inferior to Rukia in every way.
In all honesty, he probably wasn't strong enough at the time to beat Yama, even though Yama also wasn't strong enough to truly kill him either (Mayuri states that Yama had failed to do this in the past- his Almighty was likely the reason for this). But his bloodline spread and greatly magnified his power through various Auchwalen- death made him stronger, strong enough to change the fate of the world...
>annoying little cunt
>better than glorious Rangiku
Nah he said he "might come back as a friend", and I really doubt he would bring him back and then do nothing with a character that was that popular. I'm guessing he's waiting for ratings to go down even more before trying to salvage how shit it is with an old characters return.
'Soul King' isn't a name. It's not something you can just become- at least not while the current Soul King exists. Consider Aizen and Kisuke's conversation at the end of Deicide- it's clearly a complex issue.
Because he never had real shinigami powers before, those were quincy powers imitating shinigami powers awakened by Rukia giving him her power which caused the hollow powers to awaken despite being held back by his REAL shinigami powers (inherited from his dad), and normally hollow and shinigami powers don't mix but Ichigo is a special case so once one of his powers woke up they all started getting riled up, except for his shinigami powers which were still being suppressed because Yhwch as Zangetsu was boggarting his spiritual power until very recently.
It all makes perfect sense
Dude enjoy being a fagot, I want a wife like Rukia, and I am ok if she has "Assets like Rangiku.
>Disgusting Devart shit image.
How could you?
I'm going to be sick.
So YH can nullify any powers (thanks to A), regardless of how hax they are, once he knows what they are.
So they only way to defeat him is through sheer reiatsu, since it doesnt rely on gimmicky abilities that can be nullified.
And the war list contains
Ichigo (xbox hueg hybrid reiatsu)
Kenpachi (incredibly high reiatsu)
and Aizen (incredible hog based hybrid reiatsu)
and possibly Uryuu, who was strong enough to survive the aschwalen and has been given A
>liking disgusting cowtits
The bigger the bust, the heavier the toll inflicted by gravity. Big tits don't stay pretty for long.
Rukia's modest bust will retain a perfect shape indefinitely.
>huge tits like every other Bleach female
Fine then what size is too big for Rukia, C?
he already returned as an ally, and it amounted to nothing of consequence. as it stands he might at best show up in a flashback of what's already been implied to have happened. There are very few things that would necessitate or justify him showing up at the plot at this point. He has literally nothing to contribute.
The worst offense amongst many that Kubo has committed during this final arc is the fact that he wrote out all the central characters.
Ichigo has been going back and forth between places indefinitely. Every time he arrives somewhere, it turns out to be anticlimactic as fuck and then he's shuffled off to another location to build suspense for something that never happens.
Ishida is always in the background, most of the time completely invisible. Even when we know for a fact that he's present (like in the Royal Palace with Toofsy right now), Kubo never draws him or makes any mention of him whatsoever.
Not that it's anything new, but Orihime and Chad as well have been given the same treatment as Ichigo this arc. Either stranded in HM, or being shuttled around.
You'd think with all these characters being given the sidebar, Kubo would take the opportunity to delve into other lesser characters that we're interested in. But nope, just these terrible Quincy. And until just recently, they just kept popping up.
Rukia's chest is a B max. Anything over that is intolerable.
See here, this is clearly a B-range cup because her bust is still noticeable despite being constricted by the dress.
Did the grilltable not get posted in this thread? The things have been dying so fast I can't tell what's been in what. I'm fine with stupid horny 15yo drooling over anime girls bullshit so long as it doesn't escalate into this horseshit shipper or waifu bullshit. So have at them.
Since when did kubo care about the contribution of his story. Look at like half of the characters that have been introduced or shown in the last 100 chapters, they haven't contributed shit to the story. Who's to say he won't bring him back. Honestly I think it's more likely than not.
Rukia's the best character in Bleach, period. She's literally perfect in every way. 80% of the reason I read Bleach is for her.
But yeah that guy is wrong to say Bleach is all cowtits, there are other flat beauties as well. Soifong, Yachiru, Karin, Yuzu, Ururu, and that fullbring tsundere whose name I can't remember, and also I think Hiyori was another pettanko.
It's easy to overlook them all seeing as the big titted ones get the most attention usually. Save for Rukia of course.
Your options are:
1. Realistic breasts that obey the laws of physics
2. Ridiculous chest balloons that look nothing like actual breasts.
Fortunately Rukia is able to have breasts that look like breasts and still be attractive.
Ishida barely being present is especially inexcuseable, since he is a central figure in this arc. I wish we saw more of him and what he's trying to do now that he's too deep in this.
>Rukia's the best character in Bleach, period. She's literally perfect in every way. 80% of the reason I read Bleach is for her.
>lists literal children in the list of flat beauties
Welp, I'm out, see you guys next week.
Should get your eyes checked, m8. Not being able to tell a woman from a man is a bad sign.
Like you said you can kind of expect it with Orihime and Chad but fucking Ishida and Ichigo should be much more prominent. Hell, Rukia's been a footnote it seems. She had like one fight and that was it. It almost seems like Byakuya has had more screen time.
>character explicitly said to be androgynous from the very beginning of the manga
>manface, flat chest and wearing an exaggeratedly feminine outfit in that picture
>not looking like a trap
I wonder if you're not serious or just in denial.
Niggastream's version clarifies a lot of the murky text in mangapanda's version.
>I did not expect to see this far ahead with my eyes in their closed state.
>he hasn't even released his powers and he's stomping the best of the best
This guy is without a shadow of doubt God almighty. To think that Ichigo is related to this monster and not just him, but equally fucked up monsters on his father's side of the family.
That makes him a goddamm deity. Did Aizen truly plan this far ahead? He didn't just get some sort of ok lab rat for his hollowfication experiment, he got the best possible specimen. A one in a trillion fluke combination of the strongest bloodlines. Holy hell.
It's just beyond me why Kubo keeps ADDING to that total. Yeah yeah yeah, I know, I've heard of the interview where he says that's what he does when he gets writer's block. Well, it certainly doesn't make it any better.
And regardless of a large amount of characters and adding new ones, it's still a terrible idea to take away the focus from the main character for an extended period of time, let alone a whole arc.
>trying this hard to shit on Rukia's overwhelming feminine beauty
I know it comes with the genre but kubo is terrible at orchestrating and drawing fights. All those short episodes inbetween where the cast can come together and banter are so much more enjoyable.
You should have said you were a homosexual to start with, that would have saved us both some time. Though I'll take pretty much any excuse to post Rukia images.
Fodder doesn't really count; it was made clear from the beginning that the Sternritter weren't going to be as well fleshed out as the Espada. But then again it's hard for the author to dislike characters that he has put so much work into making. And the focus has been placed on Ichigo where it counts- like the flashback arc and training with the RG. Yeah it's bullshit he hasn't had a legit fight in ages, but it's clearly building to that.
I think its gotten worse over time. With the HM at least there was some fighting. Grimmjow and Ichigo were knocking each other around and Nnoitra and Kenpachi were swinging at each other quite a bit.
Now its like watching a turn based RPG in manga form where each characters explains their powers and stats and the one with better stats wins.
I'm 99% sure Ururu isn't a human being and I think tsundere fullbringer died, so that only leaves Ichigo's sisters growing up. I can pray they stay flat but given their genetics...
Rukia always looks feminine though. But as a gay you just don't have an eye for it, hence why you think guys are more attractive.
I guess what I'm mainly getting at is that this is all rising action. It's building suspense and anticipation for these characters that we've been following the entire series. And even though they've been given the sidebar for this arc, readers will still be interested in seeing what role they will play when the plot finally pans out - EVEN IF there was no foreshadowing in this arc that they will be important. And there HAS BEEN quite a bit, especially in regards to Ishida and Ichigo (duh).
So we're expecting some pretty big reveals, or at least some emotional scenes. And I just don't think Kubo can ever hope to deliver on it since he's been building it up for so terribly long.
good to know you've got no real argument to fall back on and are resorting to desperate shallow mudslinging in an anonymous forum in an attempt to salvage your own ego rather than actually make anything remotely close to a logical argument
>your argument: there's no point he doesn't contribute to the story
>since when has Kubo given a fuck? His story has gone to shit I don't think he cares so stfu already everyone gets your point.
If you think boys have tits you should go back to >>>/tumblr/.
>So we're expecting some pretty big reveals, or at least some emotional scenes. And I just don't think Kubo can ever hope to deliver on it since he's been building it up for so terribly long.
At least wait until we get there before you make such a negative assumption. Stories need rising action, and at least we're not stuck in Hueco Mundo watching mid-bosses talk each other to death. Yhwach is at the Soul King's door. We're reaching the climax.
I'm not exclusively attracted to little girls, but yes my standards do skew young and I prefer girls petite. I don't say no to tits as long as they're reasonably sized, say C or below.
Rukia, Chad and Orihime are basically finished with their development, and have been for some time. The current arc is Ishida's 'rescue arc', and has established his conflict (hate the Shinigami vs. his bonds with his friends vs. Yhwach is a fucking monster) and will likely resolve once his friends arrive. Perhaps he knows the secret to defeating Yhwach (as they bear the same letter)?
Rukia is extremely feminine. She has the soft jaw and round facial structure common to young girls, a bust and hip line that although modest do show clearly in the right clothing. She also has pert lips, long eyelashes, and slender fingers. The parts of her I find particularly attractive are her short stature (a mere 144 cm) and her moderate, B-range bust and perfectly proportioned hips.
In the big heavy shihakusho that she normally wears her figure is almost totally hidden, but in the school uniform, casual wear, or that white getup she wore while imprisoned her slight curves are more visible.
Essentially she has a subtle feminine beauty as opposed to somebody like Rangiku where her tits are falling out of her shihakusho.
>I-I don't like Rukia, f-fuck these faggots who like her. What can I do?
>I-I know! I'll call her a man that will rustle people for sure kek.
>Chad and Orihime are basically finished with their development, and have been for some time.
What development? Orihime's arc explored the vulnerability in her character but didn't advance her in any way, and Chad? Fucking nothing. Fuck you Kubo, give them some actual development.
You tell us to go out and see what a woman looks like, but I think you need to see what a fucking man looks like.
my biggest problem with rukia (physically) are the size of her eyes; they're so big that they make her look like a child. Compare her to say soi-fon, who has a similar body type but a face thats more like that of an adult
Rukia's eyes are fantastic.
Soi-Fon's eyes make her looks like the most oriental character in the series, not like it's a bad thing.
Look at this hot shit
You mean, every other fag feels threatened by the fact that Rukia is best girl, so they try to shitpost why she's a man.
Why is Yoruichi so indisuptably best girl?
This, Orihime's development feels half baked and I don't think Chad ever had much development. I can hardly remember anything to do with him other than the fact that he jobs all the time.
Was it really necessary to humiliate Juha even more after the shitfest he did to him?
Her eyes are one of her best features. That lovely purple hue and soft parallelogram shape. And big eyes are instinctively attractive for people, they make a character seem more trustworthy and innocent. Narrow eyes are perceived as less trustworthy and make a character seem cunning or sinister. Which works for Soifong and gives her some gap moe when she gushes over Yoruichi.
Rukia also used to have a more austere appearance, she kept her eyes half-lidded and had this schooled expression on her face similar to what Byakuya has. Only she's far less adept at keeping that composure, since she loses it almost immediately after Ichigo gives her a boot to the butt.
>that side boob
Here's a character with short hair and a feminine appearance. Pedofags, take note.
This one? She's still semi-serious mode here, but she's a lot softer.
It's pretty much just one guy who does it. I know it's a troll but I never miss a chance to proselytize my waifu.
Also, Mad Monk is still limited to his own level of power. Say for example, if the Soul King has a shit ton more reiatsu than Ichibei, then Ichibei cant name someone else the Soul King, because that being exists beyond the limitations of his own powers.
He's just really bland. He fights for his friends and he can be a little bit of a tough guy. Sometimes you get the feeling there's more to him but we never see much of it. Its made worse by the fact that everyone just fawns over him.
This is an even worse ship than UlquiHime
Kenpachi vs Nnoitra
from OP narutard and bleach, ichigo if by far my favorite mc, not just becuase of his powers but also his personality, he just seems not to give a fuck about anything
For example in the Zanpaktou arc, after defeating muramasa, Ichigo and *young ywach* just leave and return back to usual. meanwhile other shingami's play around with their zanpaktou spirits
Rukia is my waifu.
Best girl ever!!!
/a/ is pretty well stocked with lolicons. This chart is still probably more or less accurate, though the influx of normals like yourself has probably caused the lolicon percentage to fall one or two points probably.
At any rate, you're in the minority on this board. And several other boards too.
Rukia Vs As Nodt
As stupid as the "You can't fear me, I am dead, I am frozen and can move." shit was I loved seeing Rukia get some proper fucking action.
I was hyped for it but the actual fight was lackluster, as are most fights in Bleach anymore. I find the idea of the conflict exciting but the actual choreography is disappointing and bland most of the time.
Still going at it?
I think it's safe to say you have no clue what differentiates masculine and feminine traits, because Rukia has pretty much zero masculine traits.
it's nothing so complex. you just have to remember sometimes that /a/'s not as dense with neckbeards as we all like to think it is, the basement dweller population is pretty thoroughly watered down with 15 year olds. They're kids still being peer pressured into being deluded into thinking they know anything about their sexuality. There's not helping it, it's just a phase, unless they're actually developmentally disabled or just poor, in which case that might be their whole life. But either way it's not our business.
I don't have anything against Rukia, I just think there are so many characters that are stronger, more dinamic, and generally more badass.
Rukia wouldn't be in any of my favourite bleach fights by a long shot.
I didn't care for it. It seemed to me like it happened by accident, as if it wasn't intended but then Kubo accidentally wrote this creepy sexual tension.
That's true. I kind of hope Kubo's next work isn't an action heavy one because he's just not that good with fights.
I liked Byakuya vs the 7th Espada.
By the way, anyone notice how Pepe's power, his love that allows him to control people, is fairly similar to the 7th Espada's Amor, which allows him to control body parts?
I really hate this series sometimes.
It's not even logical, or cool.
Oh, this monk's super cool power, which follows specific rules got completely defeated because "I'm Almighty, and I win."
That's it? No special fucking fight? No counters to counters? No real fight?
I really hate manga and anime that have shit like that. "I SIMPLY WIN BECAUSE I DO, BECAUSE I AM AWESOME."
Fucking shit.I prefer series with rules and regulations and ways to break and counter them specifically.
This seems like the writer went "Oh, the baddies wins because he's the baddie."
I get you and the thing is Bleach really doesn't have to be this way. The fights could have some interesting choreography if the Shinigami used their shinpo and kido and what not and actually fought instead of just explaining these really complicated powers.
Ichigo's problem is that he lacks personal ambitions. He doesn't want to do anything, he just responds to external conflict. He'll help people who need help because he's a good guy, he's got an affable personality, but that's part of the problem. He's too easygoing and doesn't really want anything for himself. Additional problems are that he doesn't have very serious flaws. He's pretty intelligent (he scores above average in school, picks up new information quickly), very strong and a skilled brawler, has a well-earned reputation for being a notorious delinquent but suffers not real social setbacks because of this (see for comparison: Yusuke Urameshi, who was often blamed for things he didn't do and shat on by his teachers), and has a weird but overall positive relationship with his father, and his sisters adore him, seems fairly popular with the ladies... basically his only two flaws such as they are, are being stubbornly chivalrous in battle (which isn't even treated as a bad thing in Bleach really) and recklessly coming to somebody's aid without thinking about consequences (which again, not much of a flaw in a battle shounen).
Now, take Luffy. I actually like Luffy. I didn't like him the first time I read One Piece, but he grew on me. He's got goals, he's got flaws, and more than anything he has a strong, vivacious personality that allows him to take over almost any scene he's in. Luffy lives like a protagonist, Ichigo feels like he was designated it as a job.
i know this is a shit opinion but that was the reason I like ichigo, he's a main character against his will and I thought that was a really original character type.
nice dubs btw
I can forgive it because Yhwach is literally based on the Abrahamic god. His name, his back story, the motifs that go along with his powers, everything.
Kubo is mainly using this fight to establish that Juha is really fucking strong, and even against a ridiculous powerful and haxed opponent like Ichibei, he can still come out on top.
That's...a pretty good explanation actually.
I haven't read or watched Naruto or One Piece in years but at least Naruto had a goal(become Hokage, I wonder if he achieved that) and Luffy was trying to become the king of the pirates and find One Piece or some shit. That's something to work for in between fights. Ichigo just depresses me. What the fuck does he want? Just drag his feet through life until SS needs him again? He might as well move there full time.
>He might as well move there full time.
Well Kyoraku hints that he won't be leaving this time, and then there is this scene.
Original != good. It seems interesting at first but its never really explored, Ichigo just silently accepts it and agrees to do whatever is needed. We never see him second guess himself or think about what he might want, he just fights for his nakama and that's it.
You mean Hinata? Good for him, Sakura a shit. I hope Sasuke died and Sakura was left all alone.
People would complain then too. The reason why Kubo goes out of his way to explain powers is that when he doesn't people bitch and moan about it. If everyone used generic spells, footwork and swordplay all the time it would've gotten stale years ago.
Fans are always begging for releases, explanations and reveals. At least Kubo delivers.
It really was though. No 'I'm behind you', no asspulls, even the one 'Bankai' did nothing of any real note; it was a fight to the death, with real meaning for both parties involved. It was an unexpected development and fit well into it's respective arc. And the best part? Someone actually dies at the end.
I get where you guys are coming from, but I don't think not having a goal is necessarily a flaw.
Ichigo's story is of a guy thrust into a new world and discovering more about himself in the process. I think it's exciting enough watching him deal with the events around and grow as a character.
It wouldn't really solve the problem though. Ichigo would still be pretty boring.
But does it only have to be one or the other? Why can't we have a little bit of both? And who says I would get bored with spells, footwork, and sword fighting? If you throw in a few special powers and some creativity that can go a very long way.
Good, that's what she gets for chasing that faggot so long.
He couldn't explore the world before having a kid? What a dick, I hope he dies from an allergic reaction or some trivial bathroom accident.
amen. YoruIchi for life. Urahara is a villian and will be kill.
>of the worst kind
I was going to say something like "Well at least most of the powers are interesting", but just today a guy with some neat powers lost to "over 9000" and as simple as most abilities are in, say, Dragon Ball Z, I sure enjoyed Battle of Gods more than I have this arc.
Luffy is a strong protagonist, but it's very easy to get rubbed the wrong way by him at the start. I hated him for a long time and he was actually one of the biggest impediments to my getting into One Piece. I can't really say what made me start liking him, but I can say what appeals about him to me now.
First off is that Luffy has an extremely charming combination of naivete and honesty. He's practically incapable of lying and very rarely is able to read the mood, so he constantly says tactless things. It makes him a natural boke that forces everybody around him to play the tsukkomi, even other boke characters.
I also like the fact that Luffy isn't generically friendly to everybody he meets. He's affable even to his enemies, but he despises weakness and doesn't sugarcoat it, he'll straight up tell a person "I don't like you because you're a crybaby." He's said this to a few character who later went on to become his friends after nutting up a bit.
I also like how he is able to make up his mind about something instantly, and then sticks to it. He asked almost every member of his crew to join him within minutes of meeting them, and then spent the rest of their arc convincing them to join. The guy's got conviction, I admire that.
Luffy does share a few traits with Ichigo by dint of being a battle shounen protagnoist, which I also like: reckless bravery, protective of his friends, strength from resolve, and so on.
Ichigo has realistic ambitions and goals, in that respect he's a much more believable character.
Luffy and Naruto are made the way they are to appeal to younger user base, who most likely have similar dreams, like wanting to become firemen, or astronauts etc. It's much easier for a kid to relate to someone like that.
At present Ichigo reminds me of your average young adult. Not knowing his place in life, aimlessly in pursuit of higher education and knowledge, impressionable. His motivations behind are grounded in a childhood trauma and all he really does want is to save whoever he can, whoever they are. He's like the protagonist of a novel and the reason why people find him stale is because he's supposed to be a shounen MC.
This has always bothered me if Old Man was always Ywach pretending to be Zangetsu why did he make himself younger for Tensa Zangetsu?
so what we can establish is that YH has two types of powers.
The first being his quincy powers, which are the same as what the other vandenreich quincies have (but more advanced)
and secondly, his innate ability to give and re-absorb pieces of his soul, and inscribe schrift (a more advanced version of his soul sharing ability) onto his followers. this ability is exclusive to him
what im curious to know is whether or not A "The Almighty" was a power that YH simply gave to himself through schrift inscription, or whether it was an ability he was born with that he improved using the schrift method (not unlike how a shinigami "improves" their innate power through the creation of zanpakuto)
also, my crack theory for the week: YH foresaw all this when he was last sleeping, when he last had his eyes closed
Some of the fighting is pretty meh but the first three DBZ movies were great and Battle of the Gods was fun.
Pretty much. A lot fot he other characters are more interesting. That;s pretty much par the course for shounen battle series but its particularly bad with Bleach.
But its not really explored much. We get hints of it but not nearly enough.
We did get some of it with the Fullbringer arc and it made that arc interesting. I actually liked that one because it felt a lot like the Ghostbusters arc in the beginning and it seemed like Chad and Orihime were going to get more focus but the ending seemed rushed and the Shinigami shoehorned in.
He looked younger there for the same reason that Shirosaki there looked like his old full-hollow self.
Ichigo was seeing them as they truly were at the time the power became "his". That was how Ywach looked when Masaki's family became quincy's through a pact with Ywach, and that was how Shirosaki looked back when he was "white" before he merged with Masaki.
It was just how they looked when they were first introduced into his fucked up genetics.
I thought that post my draw you or lab member out.
And I would say that "believability" is not a useful metric by which to evaluate a character in a battle shounen manga. Bleach is not a believable story, the setting is not a believable setting, the events are not the subtle ennui of suburban Japanese youth struggling to find identity in the adult world.
It's about ghost samurai fighting evil ghosts and nazi spirit wizards and half monster-half samurais and so on. Yes, characters have some depth to them, Ichigo does resemble more of a typical teenager. I think that's the angle Kubo was going for. I didn't thoughtlessly remark that Ichigo was designated a protagonist as a job, he literally takes on the "job" of substitute shinigami in chapter 1, essentially taking up a protagonist role.
And this isn't uncommon in anime, it's actually a very common way to start an urban fantasy light novel.
>average Japanese teen
>girl falls out of the sky/appears before him
>awaken new power
Thing is, the main complain with that formula is often about how generic the MC is. A lot of harems also have typical nice guy protagonists that are more similar to Ichigo than different, and people call them generic as well. Because they lack strong defining traits that make them seem like their own person.
That's the main criticism I have for Ichigo lacking ambitions. Ambition is one of the main way s a shounen protag defines himself, but anything will do, really.
I really wish they can be traced back and their information sent to the local authorities.
I'm conflicted on loli but they are essentially closet pedophiles so I wouldn't cry if they ended up behind the bars or put on a watch list at the very least.
So... how is this troll fest going?
Had Hitsuyaga tapped Matsumoto's bouncers yet?
What new powers and asspulls has Ichigo gained since the beggining of the foulbring arc?
I dropped this shit during the war arc because I couldnt stand reain the fights of all the filler grunts that no one gave a shit a about. And that on top of that where fucking pricks.
Yeah we should really put these thought-criminals in jail for all these sick degenerate thoughts they have. I bet they even masturbate to fictional characters and drawings. All those innocent jpgs and pngs, defiled. We have to protect the imaginary children from the imaginations and thoughts of perverts.
>mature is that far down
Thats just a crying shame.
>Had Hitsuyaga tapped Matsumoto's bouncers yet?
>What new powers and asspulls has Ichigo gained since the beggining of the foulbring arc?
He was a quincy all along.
Just because he doesn't have one central goal that he's obsessed with doesn't detract from his character. Ichigo certainly isn't lacking in the resolve department, it's just a different type of story.
Because they are actual pedophiles and are at a high risk of acting upon their sick sexual urges?
Why are you trying to defend people who would abuse fucking 3 years old if they at it their ways?
Hitsu fucked Momo and got her teen ghost pregnant. Now he is ded but not really.
Fullbring is irrelevant. Ichigo lost his powers again but then got them back and now he can dual wield. We dont know what he can do but i bet it will be OP as fuck.
I'd disagree. There are some details I think Kubo did better back then but overall his style grew more refined and confident. He was a lot rougher and sketchier back then, which makes the art seem hesitant and unsure. Characters felt more jagged and stiff.
Comparing it to the most recent chapter, it seems almost amateurish. But in a way that showed a real amount of effort put into it to make it seem good, which I like.
Exactly, Ichigo's character is not exaggerated enough in a medium and a world that is exaggerated by design. What makes him interesting are his interactions and personal thoughts, but in a fighting manga those are drowned out. The HM arc lived on the idea that Ichigo was on a downward spiral towards insanity, or at least that it would change him permanently (and it did).
Ichigo's development ended with "The Blade is Me". We shouldn't expect him to do much from here on out. Just enjoy his new bankai and new forms. If he really does have the power of soul distribution then things are going to get a bit more interesting before the ending. That's all there is to say about him now.
>at a high risk
Are you at high risk of fucking every woman you see? Like, should we put every straight male behind bars because they might rape women at any moment? No, because you have self control and probably also have empathy and wouldn't attack people. For some reason you assume pedos have neither of these qualities.
A lolicon is not a high risk pedophile. Hell, most actual pedophiles aren't high risk pedophiles. The ones who are a danger to themselves and others are the ones who seek to profit from the exploitation of real children. Pedophilia was made illegal due to the bodily harm sexual intercourse wrought on someone who was not sexually mature.
hmmm, I am glad I stoped to read this shit long ago.>>118222384
>Hitsu fucked Momo
The fuck? but wasnt momo Aizen's cow lick?
Ughhhh... I guess Kubo never put Matsumoto with Hytsuyaga then.
Now that I remember, wasnt this manga cancelled? why is it still running?
what girl did he penetrated? It was Matsumoto right?
Kid, no one here has any obligation to teach you human sexuality 101 just so you can participate in the on and off subject in general human interaction. Even if we did we certainly wouldn't do it for free. Why don't you ask your mom to sing you up for some cheap classes at a community college or something. There're clearly more areas of ignorance in need of filling in you than a bunch of stranger on the internet have the time and patience to assist with.
We're in here for 10 more years or so
Pedophile =/= normal balanced hetero/homo. They are deviants and fantasise about abuse by default. Whereas normal people don't exclusively masturbate to rape.
If someone does that, then yes he is also a high risk.
The difference is that it's much easier to abuse a young child and easier to find the courage.
The problem isn't so much how low key Ichigo's personal development is, it's how divorced it is from his outer development, as in his powers. This thing about saving people and getting stronger to protect them is something that's existed since chapter 1, and since chapter 1 it's something forced on him by circumstance. He saw his little sister in the clutches of a monster, saw a stranger sacrifice herself to save him, was given an opportunity do right by the stranger and save his family, and took it.
And his actions have remained consistent to that train of thought for pretty much the entire manga. He kept his schoolyard brawler sensibilities even when fighting against inhuman monsters (I don't want to win this way!) and it showed signs of rattling him, and initially he did fight against his hollow half, but ultimately this didn't pan out in any big way in terms of character development.
Ichigo, even after embracing his hollow and becoming Vizard, didn't have any corresponding change in his personality or beliefs, he remained more or less the same. And maybe that makes him "steadfast" but he doesn't really have anything to be steadfast to. He never really stood anything except "gotta protect my friends/family".
Basically there's no competing desires within Ichigo. He's pure in the sense that he's singularly devoted to this. For a brief moment it looked like the hollow-side was going to make him into somebody like Kenpachi, but alas, it was quashed.
Speaking of equations...
Pedophile =/= Lolicon
I actually wanted to make an elaborate point but since I'm kind of tired I'll just say that 3DPD was, is and will always be inferior to 2D. No matter the age.
By the way I fap to lolis on daily basis but I regard pedophilia sick as fuck and I'd like them pedos all dead and castrated and dead (just for good measure)
>Pedophile =/= normal balanced hetero/homo.
100 years ago people said the same thing about homos.
>They are deviants and fantasise about abuse by default
I wasn't aware you were privy to my fantasies, please tell me more about what I imagine while masturbating.
>Whereas normal people don't exclusively masturbate to rape.
Neither do I, as I mentioned earlier I'm not exclusively pedo-sexual. Which is the case for many people attracted to children. I can and do regularly get off to teens and adults. My spectrum of acceptable ages is just skewed younger than the average person's. Anyone over 30 is outside my strikezone, and generally speaking I don't find toddlers/babies attractive.
Also, categorizing all child-adult sex as abuse is at best willful ignorance, at worst willful disinfo.
You should really find a different board, or maybe a different site, if you find lolicons so offensive.
Clearly your delicate feelings can't handle this place or the people in it.
>I wasn't aware you were privy to my fantasies, please tell me more about what I imagine while masturbating.
Because child sex is abuse by default. If you aren't a child the same age you are a would be rapist and a pedo.
>generally speaking I don't find toddlers/babies attractive
Is this implying that you sometimes do?
>shippers and literal pedos who get elitist about their manfaced waifoo, turn threads into image dumps about her week after week
why not?!! fuck you!
No seriously why the fuck no?! do I have to send angry tweets to kubo now?
see...there's a problem with the presentation here that you're kind of missing. I'll use Luffy as the example, since he's kind of being talked about here anyway.
Luffy doesn't act like someone who would want to be a Pirate king. It's not something he talks about other than to drop the line in a fight. It's really more of a catchphrase than it is anything else. You don't see him talk about what it would take for him to be pirate king. You don't see him even talk about things the king of pirates shouldn't do. You never see him talk about it at all. If it weren't a line he dropped every single fight then the readers would have forgotten years ago that it was even a plot point. He doesn't plan, or strategize, or do anything in pursuit of becoming the pirate king, he just keeps saying he's going to be it some day. It's about as paper thin of a motivation as you can get, while technically still being motivated.
Ichigo does have a very human Motivation in a world of superhumans, but he actively pursues his goals. When someone threatens to take who or what he protects, he hunts them down. He has Literally gone to a hellscape to fight for his friends. He literally tore down a thousands of years old system to fight for his friends. He did all of this and then went back to his normal life (which he always claimed to want) and tried to live normally, which was his goal all along. It failed in the end, because they addressed the fact that he had gotten too used to the power and how that had warped his life, but he still tried to live his life according to his values.
Honestly? Ichigo is more driven that Luffy when it comes to achieving their goals. I get that Luffy is more likeable since he's much more active, but I don't get the argument that Luffy is Ambitious and motivated. He's a carefree kid wandering the seas of adventure, he is no way motivated or ambitious outside of "hey a thing just happened in front of me. I should react to it!"
>By the way I fap to lolis on daily basis but I regard pedophilia sick as fuck
>Just because he doesn't have one central goal that he's obsessed with doesn't detract from his character.
It kind of does. Without a goal and inner conflict he's pretty much only there for the fights.
Again: I'm not exclusively pedo-sexual. I have fantasies about adults too, but apparently these are also "abuse my default" because I also am attracted to little girls below an arbitrary age.
And as to your claims about child-sex, they're pretty much false. Simple logical reasoning is sufficient to explain why, but I also have a few articles and meta-studies you can examine to undermine the ideologically-driven presupposition that children can't consent to sex.
