Hello you /a/ll! I want in the future to create (hopefully) an epic manga.
Do you have any tips and tricks to make the best story, best characters and the best ending? For example how do I find a manga artist? Would I self-publish or try to find a good site to publish it? Can I find a translator to translate the manga to Japanese?
i can be an ideas person i cant draw or write or translate or subtitle but i am creative i can make ideas ffor example i thought of one character his name is strawman and he has power of streching like mr fantastic five
someone to draw concept art please
do not steal this idea
But all of those are different styles.
If you can't differentiate between those 3 you listed, you'd probably be lucky to draw something that people would recognize as a face.
>I don't know how to draw
Sure we've all been there but I think you're being a bit too casual about this. Comics may look like a piece of cake to draw, but it's hard as fuck. Not to mention it's a domain in art where you need not only diverse skills (writing, composition, anatomy, perspective, etc) but highly refined ones.
Watching this video may give you an idea on what you need to work on, if you're serious on your ambition and drawing comics isn't just a passing fancy for you that is.
By the way I don't know the amount of manga/comics you've read, but it looks like you only know about OP, Naruto and Bleach. You need to read everything you put your hand on, even things you wouldn't usually read. If you don't you'll probably write some shitty piece of manga with elemental powers everyone and their mother has done before you. Read seinen, comics, super hero shit, 4 komas, gag manga, mystery manga, tezuka, shojo, josei, hentai, yaoi, yuri, franco belgian comics, etc
>One Piece, Naruto, Death Note and so forth
>being a casual
How old are you
You see this man? This is a videogame ideaguy, he gets paid millions of dollars every year, more than some of the artists, programmers and writers working on the game "World of Warcraft".
You're on the right track, just don't give up.
a non jap drawing in a generic anime style of giant eyes with a tiny mouth will end horribly. like that one comic made by a overweight fat blond about him self inserting as a skinny version of himself who has a social life and goes to Japan to work at a tec shop and becomes a generic romcom protag I don't recall the name
5 more is not a lot
then you never will learn
Hey kid!! Even you can make your own great MANGA. All you need is a light table and some old comics lying around!
no one will ever know
If he has even a lick of talent, he'd have a better chance of making an available, dedicated web comic successful in the west rather than fighting with all the starving artists in moonland without knowing moon.
There you have it, no anime is pointless (except maybe A/Z) if it exists and you heard about it, then it means it appeals to some people, and thus it can't hurt to know about it. What's the appeal of this shit ? Why do people watch it ? Why does this character annoy me slightly less than the rest of the cast ? You need to know what it is about before dismissing it. Watch it ironically, watch it while ironing your clothes, I don't know man. If I was able to watch Sora no Otoshimono then you should be able to watch anything. Not to mention moeshit can be plenty of anime genres, and some of them have real qualities and it would be wrong to dismiss them just because you label them as "moeshit".
You don't need to watch all of them, just try to watch an read anime/manga representative of every genre. Read/watch classics and keep up with the latest popular titles.
Lurk on /a/, go to waifu/husbandos threads and look up from what anime is this seemingly popular character, go to retro threads, watch the /a/ patrician chart, go to a homo thread, a yuri thread, a one page thread, a harem thread, get recommendations (without asking bluntly of course). That's the way to get knowledgeable about manga as a whole.
