Looks like Yozakura quartet but with an all girls cast.
At this looks like it's going to turn boring way faster than YQ. That combination of modern + extra fantasy setting and the lack of drama and the fact that's it's going to rely of cute girls being cute aren't really making me hype.
Feels like it lacks any drive besides wanting to look cute and well animated.

It's not similar to Kill la Kill at all. Do you guys know what the story actually is? The super-power fighting is background decoration, the main characters are delivery girls with no super-powers. That's the entire point of the story: it's a typical fighting setting except the fighting is irrelevant because the main characters aren't involved.

Do you understand the fucking PV? It makes fun of the fighting. The whole point is that the main characters are "mobs", the word Japanese people use to describe background characters. It's about delivery service girls trying to go on with their lives in a Japan in which there are actual people with super-powers fighting it out. But the main characters aren't part of any gang, they're delivery girls.

The story is basically: people started gaining powers at some point, these people with powers wanted more power, a war among people with powers divided Japan in 4 factions with their own territories. The main characters are delivery girls that go all around Japan to carry out deliveries. They aren't part of any gang so they can cross territory borders without caring. The gangs are the setting, not the main story.
